Can someone make GCT 1.1 database into MDB so I can edit myself?
I would be very glad if someone could

Can't someone just create a db with some small changes in stats and age decline.
I can't get my hannes editor to work - very irritating.. I finished a season and the age decline part is very unrealistic, so it would be super nice if it would be fixed.
I did it myself in the 06 game - made a huge difference.. |

I can send it to you, but the .mdb is 50 meg. PM me your e-mail address and I'll send it attached to the e-mail.
now explain how is it that you'll manage to make a .cdb out of the .mdb if you can't do the other way around...

I agree, but why can't you do it yourself?

the editor won't work even though I followed all instructions.. Actually if the age decline part could be corrected the game is almost flawless ecxept for some small things..
But Issoisso I really tried to make the editor work - sorry if I sound lazy.. |

Christin, I said PM me. better edit your post. giving e-mails away in a forum is the best way to get spambots to find you....and get an endless stream of spam...
Mix99, I couldn't get the editor to work either (I suppose you mean the Hannes editor), until I started selecting the name of the tables I'd changed on the list of tables that appears when you choose to save to a .cdb. for some wacky reason, as long as I do that, it works...

1.install. if anything doesn't work...reinstall
2. place UNPACKED DB in the hannes editor folder
3. open hannes converter (duuuh)
4.Datei -> CDB Laden. open said .CDB and wait for the loading to finish
5. from the list of tables, choose the one I want to edit and wait for it to load
6. click "save" on the lower right corner
7. close the editor
8. open Hannes Converter 2007/DB/Database.mdb
9. edit at will, then save and close
10. re-open editor
11.choose table again, verify that the data has indeed been changed.
12. Datei -> CDB Speichern
13. Choose the database that I'm editing (the one I placed in the editor's folder), and save it (overwriting, obviously)
14. a list of tables appears. I select the ones I edited and press "save" in that window.
15. close the editor
16. take the .CDB and put it in PCM's Database folder, overwriting the OfficialRelease.cdb
