Im going to do a great review on the Tour with pictures favourite and news and updates. Ill be going through every stage giving the low down on different areas. Teams, riders equipment and so on, showing you the team members what expected they will do. Plenty of pictures, predictions and comments. I hope you will like it, but before I put it up I would like to hear what you think. Im hoping you gonna let me do it but I bet your thinking "Well I can go to any sport website and get a review!" Well with mine you can comment and really give the Forum you opinions  |

Please smoothie no caption competition  . sounds good. maybe you could do something like predict the sprint winner on the flat stages or predict the mountain winner

It wasnt every really a caption competition, a caption competition is where you see an image and guess what the people in the image might be saying.
It was more like a guess which rider this is topic

The Team
Began as Chazal, a low rent squad sponsored by a butchers’, that somehow scraped into the race from 1993. Later backed by Casino supermarkets until settling with Ag2r in 2000, good stuff snabbing 6 stage wins
Past controversies
Last year team leader Mancebo was one of those thrown off the race thanks to Operation Puerto. Embarrassment over, they have a clean copybook now assistant manager Laurent Biondi has been cleared in a drugs trial.
Budget
A decent £4.7m for 2007, nice amount.
The boss
Vincent Lavenu, who rode beside (actually, quite a long way behind) Stephen Roche in the 1980s Fagor team, has a fine eye for new talent. Should command the team well.
Team Leader
Christophe Moreau, an ageing Frenchman with a bad goatee, know as le Chien for riding along with his tongue lolling out like a knackerd puppy! Won Dauphine Libere last month but can he magnify that success into a 21 stage – Stage Race, maybe…
Wild Man of The Team
Cyril Dessel was last year’s local star, wearing yellow for a day and finish right up there. Crash on the stage Floyd Landope won showing his real fighting ability.
Also watch out for France’s best clibing talent for years, John Gadret, who is more known for Cyclo-X until showed strongly in last years Giro – and then broke his collar bone on stage 18. Also look out for Calzati who could make another risky move for glory! Just like last year.
They’ll be happy with
Rider in the top ten and a stage – if they can get one, maybe.

Actually, Ag2r's leader will be Dessel. Moreau has stated that Dessel will go for Overall, with him going for Polkadot.
Brilliant layout though.

Floyd Landope sounds funny. Anyway I don't think that after the effort given by Moreau in the Dauphine he'll be able to win the TdF or that he'll be the leader. |
