Die Hard 4?
new Rocky...new Rambo in the works...new indiana Jones in the works....knight rider movie about to come out....new superman...new shrek.....
now a new die hard?
hollywood is so predictable....what next? "karate kid 427"? or pherhaps another martial arts movie with a conveniently predictable name....."the return of the fury of the vengence of the red dragon 5"
I'm sorry to rant Guido, but I just get so fed up at their lack of original ideas

Well they just want to make money, and whether you like it or not if you liked the first one then you would see a sequel. Even if you resisted, loads of other people would go and theyd be like ' oh issoisso did you see the latest die hard' and you would eventually go and see it

All known sequel rule is: Over 3 episode is mark of bad taste (same in literature, movies) |

I disagree with sequels in literature, for example Harry Potter - the books generally get better, and theres more than 3.

I belive Rowling publisher like to see and sell Potter 23-st. episode also.
And even then we can find Potter fans who say's that 21-st. is musch better then 2-nd.
because it is new.

"The Green Mile" - Justement!
But other movies are very nice to, like LoTR. Man, I must've seen those three movies like 20 times!
And, the final movie to mention: Forrest Gump! B) |

Old and fat, Harry Potter still goes on, even though the enemy is no longer Voldemort but the growing fatness. Can Harry Potter discover the spell to make him lean again? |

@Nature Sorry - Harry Potter tracks his life for his seven years at school in seven books - his enemy is and always has been Voldemort, and he isn't fat. Read the books, there great pieces of literature, which is why JK Rowling is one of the richest women in the world.
Sorry to rant, but I like literature with a passion, and especially don't like people who follow misinformed stereotypes
@Thomas - What a movie the Green Mile is. Absolutely stunning piece of work, and everything is just perfect - the script, the actors, the director. I've never been moved by a film so much, possibly greatest film ever
Anyone, another great movie I love is Zulu - totally historically inaccurate, but boy does it make you feel good to be British - plus Caine and the rest of the actors are sublime.
Oh, and if you love the original Oliver Twist or Doctor Zhivago - my grandad's cousin won two oscars for it (only as art direction, but still, huge achievement)

I am far from misinformed person..23. was named by irony and you named it :Rowling is one of the richest woman in the world. Van Gogh was one of the poorest man on earth but still he have more influense in the world of Art when Rowling ever good.
My point : 3. episode is matter of good taste..over that is commercial.
We have saying: "Lets hit the iron when it is still hot."
Most of you liked "Green mile" for me it is cleanly done oscar nomine ,tears fawner movie (Schindlers list -same story). Sry. if I am rough but I lived and now work with culture territory and have done this so long and I dont want make compromises.
But I am not hopless "tight ass" I can still enjoy when I waching Die Hard 4
