I'm basically just going to steal mrlol's idea for PCM07:
On an other pcm site I saw people where uploading there safegames so other people could enjoy there carreers too. It seems a good idea to me that we do that here too 
So, if you upload a safegame of your carreer, make sure you upload all 3 files of it and try to tel lus this information:
Team:
Database: if the carreer is with db A and you have db B installed, it’s possible to play, but not really working good
Season:
Major Results:
Additional information: like transfers, what you’re planning to race etc.

just change one thing: instead of season only, the date would be good as well, so you know which races are coming up |

if someone has a database like real name and you dont then you import there savegame using the real name database, would it work?

if it's only real name, no problem at all. if it's got rider photos as well like Dankan's db, you migth not see those all working.
but you should be able to play with it. |

It is July 1st, 2009 and transfers have begun and you are Garmin Chipotle. You are still in the CT but you have made big strides. You signed Hincapie last off season and convinced Soler to join your team. It is the first days of transfers and in a couple of days you will be racing in the Tour de France. You signed th best young talents during the last off season. We have won a lot of races and are most likely going to bee promoted. They have even had great results in PT races including Maaskants 2nd place in the Tour Down Under.I am using the Real Name DB. Also the current world champion iis Cadel Evans who won both the tt and rr.

yesterday Halvor made an thread with savegames which was locked by CrueTrue today cause already exist a thread like that which is this one and probably Maggot couldn't find it at the begining and he found tough search.

Well, he's better in everything except TT (unimportant for sprinters), sprints (only one point) and acceleration (no use at all).
And the fact that Ciolek is 7 points better in hills than Cav means that the one point less in sprint will be made up by more power in the final sprint.
