Personal Programs Thread

Here is where you can post your Personal Programs. There is a way to export them. For example : Here is the one I have for Dave Zabriskie.

Here is a screenshot of it.

It is a great program for the American time Trialist and for some other time trialists. It will cause him to be on great form for the early stages in the Giro and Tour. He will also be on Awesome form for the Worlds.

Here it is: https://www.mediafire.com/?vioxxekx7f5

BTW is there a way I can upload my schedule because right now it is an .xml file.

How do you make the Programs? Do you get a certain number of orange graphs and a certain number of yellows or something?

matt493
There are rules but it is better to just look in the game under the rider program and other stats click the magnifying glass, go over too personnel schedule, and then click edit and it tells you the rules.

Yes it works, thanks Smile

How do you know how hard you can train?

F.ex is there a set number of how many reds you can have? How hard can you train before you are "maxed". Need to know that before creating my own and don't want to waste a whole season because I don't know hehe.

matt493
I have no clue on how many red bars you can have.

For example the training program you've made looks very nice. But it's alot harder than the pre made training programs. In most of them I just see 1 or 2 form tops.

Anyone else have a better answer?

matt493
but in some programs they have 3 so I think having 3 is fine.

Well, someone is going to have to figure out how fatigue works with the new system.

My guess would be that by the time Zabriskie reaches the worlds with your plan, he'd have a lot of fatigue and not be able to reach "80" training fitness.

I haven't bought it yet... but I'm guessing someone will come out with a good guide soon enough. It would be great if while you were designing a plan it would show you what their fatigue level would be as the season goes along.

I will have screenshots of the 5 riders that these are for soon. These are for Kloden, Contador, Leipheimer, Gusev, Ivanov.

I bet the fatigue system will be roughly the same as in PCM07

I don't doubt that. What needs to be figured out is the effects of being at each "color bar" for each week on your training fitness number. Are the 6 levels the equivalent of setting training at 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%? Or does it work differently.

If it's the same, is there a "helper" schedule in the system that just varies between yellow and light orange all season so the guy will be at about 60-65 race fitness all season long?

matt493
Im pretty sure mine are fine though.

Matt, the problem with "pretty sure" is that no-one (save the betatesters and the devs) really understand how the system works in proper yet.
