Save it as .tga and 32 bits, you can do this with programs like photoshop or the tga tool
And you also give it the right name: ***_maillot (*** stand for the abbreviation of the original team you replace)
Then you put the jersey in the folder cm_textures/cycliste/team/*** (same)
And you empty your cache folder |

Cache folder is in AppData
Type %appdata% into "Run..." and it will take you to the AppData folder, go into Pro Cycling Manager 2008 folder and delete everything inside the "Cache" folder.

It's a hide folder so you have to uncheck in your options
If you don't manage...
Go to the start menu then run then enter " %appdata% " in the dialogue box
And finally erase all of the datas in the folder " cache"
And for the How I Met Thing, this part of that show is really legen...wait for it...dary!!
