Today I took over the Pezula Cycling Team. Our goal is to keep the team pretty local. We want to stay Irish, British, or Australian (Make sure there is no language barrier for now) My team looks very strong and I have high expectations for them but I doubt we will get promoted.
This is what my squad looks like for now ( before any signings.)
We won't last long in the mountains but if we work hard and try hard then we can get some good sprint results. Our race schedule this month will be presented soon. I hope you all enjoy reading my life as a manager of a cycling team.

I'm in January 3rd, 2008
" I'm in." Those are the words I heard as I picked up the phone. It was Marsh Cooper, a young Canadian who had a promising future. After talking with him and him telling me his goals I knew that I had just picked up a great rider. He had composure and didn't hesitate on a question. He is a great sprinter and could be wearing the Canadian National Road Race Champion Jersey in a couple of years. He also is a good time trialist and is rapidly improving. I sat down and talked to him about what he thought he could do for this team and I was relieved with his response, "Anything you want me to, Coach." I knew there would be no arguing between us.
His future looks bright but can he fulfill his potential.

Two more great signings January 5th, 2008
After a long wait we made a press announcement with our two newest signings, Sean Finning and Jonathan Bellis. Here is the transcript from the Press Conference.
Today we got word from two different agents stating that there client had signed with us. The riders who signed with us are Sean Finning and Jonathan Bellis. We have high hopes for them ad hope they can bring great results. Are there any questions?
Q: Why did you go after those two riders?
A: I think that they are great assets to the team and that they can get good results. They both are only going to improve into great riders. Bellis came in third in the UCI World Road Race U23 Championships. Finning is a young Australian who can win a lot of races if it comes to a sprint.
Q: What are there goals for the season?
A: I expect them both to win a couple of sprints and also help lead out some of our main sprinters. Also this is just a development year so we need to make sure they learn as much as possible because we need them sooner rather then later.
Q: Will these be your final signings?
A: I doubt that we would sign anyone else but if we see someone else that we want then I will definitely go after them but I doubt it.
This concludes the conference and I will have the team schedule and team leaders later on. Thanks.
Sean Finning might put on the Australian Champion Jersey one day but will it be anytime soon.
He has already showed great results. Can he keep it up?

Thanks. I wanted a british team but when I saw this team I just had to take them. For some reason i really like British teams and riders recently. I like Irish too so they were a great choice. i hope it becomes more like the Auber 93 story and your DFL story. I will try to make it as realistic as possible with a lot of race in the Brittish Iles or Australia.

Good choice of team and good luck with the season! Some nice signings, and it's great to see you're playing on hard mode. Will be good to see some British racing. B)

I'm keeping it all related to the former or current Colonies of Britain. You know Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, India( Just Kidding).

I want to in advance apologize for bad graphics. If it is on any higher graphics it goes extremely slow. I might ask Smoothie for a Irish National Championship jersey but I will keep playing until then.

More info January 6th 2008
Today we began belated talks with one more cyclist. For now we want to keep it on the down low but as soon as it is made final we will announce it. Right now I will give you our Team Leaders and other important riders.
David O'Loughlin
He is our team leader and will take results in a couple different ways. It might be a breakaway or a time trial but we know he will pick up wins.
Ciaran Power
He is our leader in the sprints and is still very young and could improve even more.
Kieran Page
One of only two British riders he is also a great young rider who has yet to even reach his full potential.
