This is my first story, so please don’t kill me and i will be using it to improve my English and have more fun with my game.
Intro
Hello I’m Rene Mandri I’m an Estonian professional cyclist, I’m riding for the French pro tour team Ag2r.
My forces is mountains and hills, and I can win the in a small group or in minor races, my weak sides is my TT which can cost me victories, and I’m not really good at cobbles either, this is my first year as pro, last was I riding for the minor French team Auber 93, and before that i have been racing for some minor French teams.
My goals this year is:
*** Stage win Tour down under, top 5 GC Tour down under
** Top 5 GC Tour Mediterranean, compete in a GT
* win Paris - Camenbert Lepetit, top 10 GC tour de Pologne.
this is my goals and not the teams goal for the season
I see all my goals as Realistic but some is harder to achieve than other, personally I see the top 10 at Tour de Pologne as the toughest one as many great hill riders compete in their WC preporation.
My first race this year will be Down under classic, and after that i will be riding Tour down under. |

Some quite tough goals there, but this looks like a promising story

Best of luck in your story. You should be able to get some half decent results during the season, but thats a lot of pressure to do well in the first pro tour event of the season. |

He hopes to race in a GT, proberbly as helper for Efimkin or Valjavec, i would say that none of the goals are unrealistic, but the are alle hard to achieve |

looks good with Pluschin
Edit:
The PC I use now is so bad that I can't see Mandris stats. I would like to know what his experience level is

Down Under Classic.
The game crashed as I was going to take pictures so none of them in this update.
Down Under classic is a small criterium (48 km) in Adelaide, with no hills at all.
I was our man for the sprint, but there were many good sprinters here so I don’t expect much.
We had decided that Krivtsov, was going to take part in the morning breakaway, and so he did.
The Breakaway contained 17 riders, and Krivtsov was doing a lot of work trying to keep the Breakaway out in front, but with about 5 kilometres to go, he began having trouble to keep himself in front and he was not in front when the sprint started.
Down in the pack I got a pretty good position before the sprint, but as the pack only caught, some riders I ended up as 19th and Krivtsov got a 24th place, the race was won by Yohan Gene from breakaway in front of Andrea Molleta and Gene Bates.

Tour down under stage 1.
A flat stage that ends with a little hill, I’m going to compete in the sprint as it’s the same team as in down under classic.
Tristan Valentin from Cofidis is in a solo break away all day and as you can predict he’s reeled in before the finish and the sprinters can fight for the victory.
The sprint has started and I’m in a good position in the wheel of Kemps.
But Fischer is faster, and he takes his first victory of 2008 and I’m very happy about my 2nd place when I’m up against very experienced sprinters

Interesting choice. He won Tour of Poland in my story so I guess a top 10 is more than achievable

TDU stage 2.
Also a flat stage, but there were more hills that could make some of the heavier sprinters fall of.
That morning I felt perfect, my legs just rolled by them self on the bike and I had a good feeling about today’s sprint finish.
A 9 man big breakaway got away including Dumoulin, Hansen and Gavazzi who is new man in the KOM jersey.
The sprint starts and both Lampre and Rabobank make a train, and I choose to jump on the wheel of Hayman.
It’s totally open with 600 meters to go, who will win? Who can win?
VICTORY FOR RENE MANDRI (that’s me)!!!Ahead of Fischer and Hunt.
I was so happy about getting a win already that I forget to export But Fischer holds the leaders Jersey with 1 second to me, which he achieved in the first intermediate sprint that day.
