The French parliament has decided that having doping which you don't have prescriptions for shall result in 1 year of prison + a fine.
Distributing doping will result in 5 to 7 years of prison + a fine of 75000-150.000 € |

...ah, just read the news myself. You can get one year for doping, but I guess you won't get that if they just find a testosterone patch?! Makes more sence

If that's true, I'd wager Paulinho is the other guy, considering Bruyneel said Paulinho's programme this year is to follow Contador to every race.

pr guy from astana said so, and the guy who organises the giro wont confirm it yet and says he waits til after tour of romandie, but everything should be ok |
