The French parliament has decided that having doping which you don't have prescriptions for shall result in 1 year of prison + a fine.
Distributing doping will result in 5 to 7 years of prison + a fine of 75000-150.000 € |

...ah, just read the news myself. You can get one year for doping, but I guess you won't get that if they just find a testosterone patch?! Makes more sence
