Short story even shorter: Placed offer on Tyler Farrar from Cofidis in the off-season, they accepted. Now when im supposed to negiotiate with Mr. Farrar, he absolutely refuses to to join my team. By clicking the "cancel" button in the negiotiation window, that should drop the e-mail from being "YOU MUST ANSWER THIS CONTINUE MORON" to just being an e-mail. But it doesnt happen, and now i cant goto the next day "because you have some matters that require attention"
Halp??

You can delete the e-mails via Hannes Converter. I don't quite remember how, but I know it's possible. |

Yes, but being this a "special" kind of e-mail, won't that bring PCM to an hault when clicking to go to the next day?

Really didnt spam now it's very annoyng because you can't do a thing ...okey just delete the career ...and if you pass one year of playing pcm is AUCH the motivation will lack again and that will be very frustrating to play again ...

Waghlon, if you upload you're savegame then I will be able to either delete the e-mail as Crue said, or I can make it so it is "un-important"

Ok I'm not 100% sure this'll work and can't check it because my PCM07 disc is in my dining room and I can't be arsed finding it
I deleted the e-mail and tried to make him accept an offer from you, I set his next year status to him agrreing to your contract, I haven't said the terms of the contract, but it might work
If not then I'll have another go, I just rushed it a bit as I'm supposed to finish of my graphics coursework before leaving for Belgium tommorow ops:

Oh dont worry, its not your fault. The game refuses to start completely. Even wont make it to the main menu. I guess its having one of its "special" days.

I'm betting, if you take the savegame out of the folder and place it on the desktop, the game will start fine
In other words, I reckon I corrupted the savegame when trying to get Farrar to sign for you
Gimme a couple of minutes and I might be able to do it properly

I reckon its not due to Tyler Farrar as the game crashes before the mainmenu and i doubt it checks if all savegames are non-corrupt. That or it might be because the DB looks unpacked and not packed like the original file.

This is the savegame with Farrar not going to your team, but I did get it to the next day
I will take a look at seeing how to get it so Farrar says yes to your team later tonight

There, after a reinstall and some proper implenmentation of Aab-erns DB changer tool, i can now confirm that i can progress in time. That just leaves Mr. Farrar to not hate me...
