Some info for you guys on the program im working on for PCM07, it's still a work in progress so some things might change. The program is aimed at two things: Editting savegames and extracting info/data for careers. The things you can edit:
-Cyclists: Form
-Cyclists: Moral
-Cyclists: Injuries
-Cyclists: Raceprogram (remove or edit)
-Cyclists: Racedays/Fatigue
-Cyclists: Contract (or transfer)
-Cyclists: Teamrole
-Cyclists: Speciality
-Team: Sponsorgoals
-Team: Invitations (Experimental)
-Team: Budget/Add money
-Team: Salary Cap
-Team: Transfer Cap
Besides that you can extract many info from the game, with the two important things imho is stage profiles(i hate the new profiles they've put in PCM07) and rankings where the aim is to be able to easily post it on forums for career stories. For ex. post results of a race (your own team in bold) with country flags etc. all readily formatted with BBcode (IMG/Bold tags etc) so you can just copy paste it in you message. Also im planning (unsure though) to have a automatic upload functionality for charts/profiles, so if you have an FTP webspace it should be even easier. There are some limitations you should be aware of though, for ex. only top 10 for a stageresult and top 25 for a overall result are stored in the CDB as well as only the winner of KOM/points/Team/Youth rankings. Take a look at some screens for more info.

BTW Big thanks to Hannes for letting me use his DLL for converting, couldn't have done it without it !!, also made the process a lot easier.

lol crommy, nice smiley . And yes have been working on it quit a while, altough i've ripped some parts of it of a similar tool for PCM06 but never finished that one, unfortunatly for the PCM06 players i can't convert it to PCM06 since importing/exporting is totally different. Upside is that it is or at least should be reasonable simple to use, especially since with the savegame editor most people had problems with the manual converters, but here it's a simple 'open'/'save' button. |
