I don't think there are going to be echelons because the sprinter teams will try to save as many people as possible for the sprint train and the teams of the gc guys don't have the balls for it. Maybe if the wind is really hard,Etixx might try to do something to drop Dennis so Martin gets the yellow jersey. |

I don't think lack of teams going for it will be a problem.
I'm 100% sure Etixx and Lotto NL are up for it, at least.

Looking at it.
Some mixed predictions.
Looks like it's windforce(Beaufort) 4/5ish and rainy at the end of the afternoon tomorrow. Wind coming from NW.
Don't expect enough wind before, say, 16:30, but after that, could be.
That said it's probably wrong and it could turn out to be windforce 2 and sunny

Does anybody know if any channel broadcasts the tour in Croatia? I will be on vacation there next week and I hope that I will be able so watch at least the finales of the stages.

Forecast update:
From 15.00 till 17.00 there is a 50% chance of rain, with wind varying from Beaufort 3-5 coming from West to North-West.
So there is a chance that there is Beaufort 5 from the West.
