Well, some countdown suggested it would be available around 17:00 GMT tomorrow, so you'd have to wait until tomorrow end of the morning, I think.
Not sure if the countdown is right, though.

Oh that's a shame.
Guys, don't be so negative. 
They could've made the 20th of June the release date as well and nobody would've complained. They didn't claim to release at midnight, ever

Think its good that they focused much more on the gameplay and stuff and not grafics.
All my first safes has allways been destroyed becouse of big bugs.. |

But they could've made it the 15th and released it at midnight and no one would complained
When i think about it, Steam did release the game late on the release day last year as well so i wouldn't count on it before 17:00 GMT as you wrote.
