Cyanide's PCM06 Official DB Editor
By using this editor, which is rather similar to previous utilities like the former editor ''PCM Edit'' from PCM1, you'll be able to edit most habitual parts of the game easily and without any errors (teams, cyclist, staff members, racenames, etc.)
DB Editor ----> Click here
.NET Framework 2.0 (you need it in order not to get any technical failures) -----> Click here
To use the editor with your own DB: Extract the files which are included in the package got when downloading the editor into the DatabaseEdito folder of your game to find the editor more easily. Copy your DB from the folder Database of your game (it's habitually called OfficialRelease.cdb) and put it into the folder earlier mentioned to load it alreasy into the editor.

Well, even if it isn't there it doesn't matter. Extract the package to whereever you want - it will work anyway. |

there is and english translation yes, if you were still needing the Cya Editor in english then copy and paste the following into NOTEPAD:

Im new to this, if someone could give me some advice? I just downloaded the RSM database for PCM 06 & wanted to edit some of the slipstream riders (i'm a slipstream fan ), yet when i open up this editor, it shows the old database. Any idea how i can edit the RSM database? |

Also, out of curiosity, what is the purpose of the "skill boost"(yes/no) option that we can edit in the riders' table? |

Another rookie question, how can i edit the list of particular teams for a race (i.e. adding slipstream to the tour of california?) Would i need a separate editor? |

When a rider reaches a new potential level he will have a skill boost, meaning that his stats are increased with a few points. This only happens once (I think?). If you set it to 'No', the rider can still get this skill boost. |
