ALPS ROUND 2!
Shark from Messina is hungry for more or is he content with himself? Tomorrow in store we got the highest point in tomorrows race: Col d'Izoard, famously used for stages that finish in Briançon BUT today we go one step further and we hit the climb to Risoul.
With such commanding lead Nibali can sleep well, so could this mean that a breakaway has a chance? Big day for riders who battle for KOM jersey, they have to be involved here if they want it.
Coverage starts on Eurosport from 12:00 CET and 11:00 BST preceeded by Bernabino's trousers on Tour show!

Majka will go on a strong attack along with Rogers/Roche (you heard it here first! ), and the dream would be that he will take the polka-dot jersey.
I'd say about 15-20 riders will be in BOTD, and Nibali has got his win in the yellow jersey now, so I think he will let the break slip away, tomorrow.

I think so too, Joaquim will want to claim the mountain top spot again. |

Yeah, hoping for a strong BOTD too. One that races up Col d'Izoard. That mountain is such a beauty, hopefully they will ride it in an exciting manner too.

I think BOTD win, but there's always a team riding so we'll never know. |

Breakaway group including Purito and Nieve. Purito takes polka dot. Nieve the stage.
And another interesting battle between Bardet and Pinot.
Spoiler Or Porte will do a Landis.

^^
Sky will definetely try to get something going on Lautarat, maybe even with Thomas as well. I could see Rolland trying to get himself into top-10 as well, otherwise there is no point of him riding like he has done all race long. |

Yes please to all. Though Bardet and Pinot should try to put some time into TVG when the possibility arises; the one minute they have right now won't be enough for the last TT.

This is what I want to see! A strong breakaway really racing these beautiful mountains and riders like Bardet and Pinot going on attack back in the peloton trying to put time into TVG

At this rate, a lot of people will be out of the control time at the end of the stage.
Rafael Valls abandons. |
