Sign André Steensen. He will be useful if you train him the right way! |

Good luck! Ill give you a tip, dont try to get Pliuschin to do well on the cobbles, focus him on hilly classics and stage races to get the most out of him.

This is PCM spain pack. It's on Hard.
I had a great first race as Hoy led us to a TTT victory in the tour of Qatar.

A great day in the second day of the Tour of Qatar as I proved that day one was no joke.
I sent Vold and Bohler in a break early and it looked like it might suceed but it would get caught less than 25 km later.
I took the 2nd intermediate sprint which will be a big help later.
I used the dot technique and had Boason Hagen follow Wellens and then in the sprint Hagen took 1st easily and wellens barely held on for 2nd.
I now have the overall lead by about 15 seconds by a non-Team Maxbo Bianchi team member.

Another great day for me as Pliuschin took both intermediate sprints in a break and finished with the peloton as he would move up to 3rd but the day belonged to Hagen.
Wellens again led out hagen untill the last possible moment.
Hagen finished off the perfect day as he took 1st again.
Now I have 1st 2nd and 3rd overall proving Team Maxbo Bianchi is a top team.
