The team was founded in 2000 and was then named Mat Ceresit CCC and was in the beginning just an amateur team, however the sponsors got fascinated by the cycling world and saw an great investment, and that meant the team signed professional riders and in 2002 CCC Polsat was placed in the Continental Tour.
In the teams first years polish cycling wasn't at the very top , and most of the roster came from foreign countries, now CCC Polsat risked everything by mainly focusing on Polish riders and it was a great succes as 50 % of the team now had polish riders and already in 2003 they participated in their first GT in the Giro.
For the last 10 years the team have grown bigger and polish talents have appeared out of nowhere and that is mainly thanks to CCC Polsat's hard work. The team have only taken small steps so far, but now is the time to show the world that polish cycling is one of a kind!

Personal Profile.
I started cycling when I was 6 years old, after my adopted father, Aku Uka who is the King of Wukari, bought me a road bike for his birthday, to allow me a way to get to school without taking the Rolls Royce as I was worried that people would judge me as my dad was a King.
I competed in my first race age 10 years old, in which I was dropped on the first lap. I used this as motivation to improve and I started to train full time, which meant that I improved a lot in a short space of time, I then managed to win the Nigerian national championships, after attacking on the first climb, I even managed to win despite taking the wrong turn and riding 2 miles down the road before having to turn around and ride back towards the course.
From then on I have dominated racing in Nigeria before as 16 years old, I was called up to the Nigerian team for the African Games, making me the youngest ever athlete ever to compete in the African Games. I managed to make the final selection, but was unable to do anything in the sprint, from then on I have worked to improve my sprint.
Then when I was 19 years old I went on an adventure to South America with my best friend, Goodluck Johnathon. It was on this trip that I met my long lost brothers Diego and Jamel whilst on a bike ride through the Peruvian Mountains. I already knew that I had been adopted, and that my parents told me the names of my biological parents however I never wished to know anymore, except when I met my two brothers we got talking and then I asked there names when I heard their surname was Johnson, so I made enquires about their parents names and it turned out they were my brothers, I told them that I had been adopted and they didn't believe me so I asked to see their parents and when we asked them about me, they realised who I was and they were so happy to see me.
Since then I have made sure that my biological parents don't live in poverty, by sending them money and food. I have also invited my brothers to come and train and race with me in Nigeria, which we did very successfully and when I was 20 I was picked up by the best cycling team in Nigeria. From then on we have dominated Nigerian and Peruvian Racing.

Halló People of Poland
Most of you have probably already heard that I’ll be joining your team next year.
This season I have been riding for Team Europcar, mainly as a helper for Kim Po-Ding but I got to ride my own chance in Austria a short while ago. There I did my best though not as well as I had hoped outside the big mountain stages. Still I finished just ahead of Rebellin in the GC which was enough for the CCC-management to offer me a contract as stage race leader next year!
I’m really looking forward to pulling the orange jersey over my shoulders, though I have some doubts as to how it will look together with the Icelandic colours. I guess we’ll find out soon enough…
I would also like to say that I’m not just going to your team because that was my only chance to get a contract. I wanted to go to a small team in order to be able to show myself a bit more to be able to promote cycling back home better. From the offers I had I felt most secure that I would get mountain leadership here while it was also a good thing that Poland is not quite as far from Iceland as e.g. Colombia…
I’ll be sure to drop in at a later point to tell a bit more about my background. If there is anything special you would like to know please don’t hesitate to ask!
See you
~ Johann Nokkvason

Hello CCC Fans!
My name is Natt Miles and I will be making the switch from Accent Jobs to CCC.
I am very much relieved to have secured a contract for next season with the well-documented problems of mismanagement and murder crimes at Accent Jobs, quite frankly its good to be leaving. I haven't raced since the end of part two because of no management and I don't think I'll be racing much in the back end of the season and I will be rejoining with the Team GB track team for winter training to sharpen up my time trial and speed.
I'm really looking forward to be racing in a more multi-cultural CCC team next season and hopefully the management can put back on the right track for my racing and development of me as a rider. I think next season I can shine more brightly than I have done this year by recreating more moments like my time in California.
Until the end of the season, see you soon later.
- Natt Miles

Hello
Today is a great day for our Team and we are proud to announce that We have just finished our 6th signing, where each signing has been a fresh answer to how the future will look. We have been slightly concerned by variety of the different nationalities, and how it would affect our team next year.
But we have signed with 6 riders that are ready to give there all to improve as individuals, that is something we can do, but as a team that focuses on the value of Teamwork more than others, we will make sure that each riders supports each others wishes and goals, so we all can help each other. We already have an experienced roster, and in most cases the captains are considered those with the most experience.
But it's time that changed, so we have 3 new Captain at an age under of 23 , and instead the experienced riders will work around their needs and still be able to provide guidance in each terrain. Our additions are all from strong climbers to stable leaders and furious fighters.
Both Natt Miles and Pyroli Feunard will add good opportunities in general, and they will be most important for our sponsors , so that we can prove ourselves, before the other teams undermine our abilities. They will go for victory from breakaways, and they will in few cases prove strong helpers for our captains. And we consider these two lads as the most important riders for our future on the professional scene.
Two identical riders hide in Johann Nokkvason and Albert Llanet, they are both strong in the same terrains and they will together with Jaroslaw Marycz be our main climbers, however Johann will be our captain in the Mountainous stage races and will be our main GC rider in those too. While Albert Llanet will be our KoM man, which will try to take the mountain jersey for us, and he will also get a few chances to go for victory in short stage races.
Drago di Silvestro will be a key addition in general, he will have an important role in keeping the team together in stage races, but he will also rider for himself in the time trials. He is a born leader and will have a huge responsibility on making the daily training give max result. We are sure that he is strong enough to do this and we are most grateful to have him aboard.
Last captain will be André Schneider, He is a german Puncher at his best age and he is going to go for victory in the hilly races, which doesn't include climbs that he would fall off in. He will ride in both hilly one day races and short stage races and we have utterly faith in that he will give us the best results in the future.
Goals
The new CCC Polsat will also have to change our goals. The highest goal on our agenda so far has been Tour of Polaogne, which soon enough will come. It has been the main goal, but because of our expansion we are ready to find new races to target as Season Goals.
And the new goal that outshines the others are that we are going for a wildcard in the Giro. We have several Italian sponsors and more than 30 % of our staff is of Italian origin. With our many signing we are able to add 21 more races days to our calendar and we hope to show us worthy of getting this wildcard.
Our other goal will be to show strength and stability in everything we participate in, and thus we think that we can fight for promotion , we are currently not ready for such a big project, but the coming months will have to prove us otherwise. We won't show weakness to both outsider nor to our riders and we will never give up fighting for every goal that we choose to go for.
Next year
So here is our current squad for the next season :
Name | Country | Role | Captains | Johann Nokkvason | Iceland | Climber | Drago Di Silvestro | Italy | Time Trial | André Schneider | Germany | Puncher | Lieutenants | Jaroslaw Marycz | Poland | Climber | Albert Llanet | Andorra | Climber | Marek Rutkiewicz | Poland | Puncher | Davide Rebellin | Italy | Climber | Sprinters | Bartlomiej Matysiak | Poland | Sprinter | Sylwester Janizewski | Poland | Sprinter | Mateuz Nowak | Poland | Sprinter | Fighters | Tomasz Kiendys | Poland | Fighter | Adrian Kurek | Poland | Fighter | Lukasz Owsian | Poland | Fighter | Pyroli Feunard | France | Fighter | Natt Miles | Britain | Fighter | Piotr Gawronski | Poland | FIghter | Jacek Morajko | Poland | Fighter | Helpers | Grzegorz Stepniak | Poland | Helper | Pawel Charucki | Poland | Helper | Adrian Honkisz | Poland | Helper | Nikolay Mihaylov | Bulgaria | Helper | Josef Cerny | Czech Rep | Helper |

A nice squad all in all. Good to see that Andre contributes his part to this. But I've been wondering if riders will retire, Ollfardh? Or is Rebellin still gonna race with age 45?

I won't be forcing anyone into retirement, but older riders will decline very hard. Rebellin will be useless before you can say Continuous Erythropoietin Receptor Activator

Hey everybody,
I'm André, the new guy at CCC Polsat and I'd like to introduce myself to you just a bit. However, "new guy" is not meant in the way of "stagiaire who is sneaking his way in", but more in the "wow, their new big talent with foreshadowing results" way. As many of you may only be following pro racing, I'll explaine myself a bit:
With 14 years I have already been joining junior races and had quite some results in German Junior races, mostly local ones. In my home in Saxony I've been in a local club back then, but when I turned 15 I got the opportunity to join a BDR-training program and ended up becoming more and more focused and finally when I made my jump to the U23-class with 17 I have been able already to show myself a bit.
Then I was approached by former Thüringer Energie Team. In this new environment I could develop even further and soon I was seen as a big talent to be coming (not by many, but at least by myself ). Racing myself through the U23 calendar and getting more and more competitive, I just felt like my power increased and increased. Thanks to the good trainers at the team, I was then, one year later, even able to win some races not only in local areas, but also bigger German junior races. I remember winning my first stage of Tour de Berlin really well, that was my biggest win so far with 19 years of age.
At the moment, I'm twenty and you want to know what happened in between? Well, I was really successive throughout the youth calender. You did not notice that? Check aut procyclingstats, come on, its worth it! Since my biggest win, the youth edition of Rund um den Finanzplatz with a 50km-solo I have been approached by several smaller teams and other youth programs. That is because I have to leave Thüringer Energie Team now - as the team won't exist anymore next year.
But just recently, CCC Polsat asked me if I would be interested in joining the team. To be honest, it will of course be a change for me to move to Poland. However, I'm confident that I can go on with my trend upwards, so that I will be able not only to compete but also score on the highest level of cycling (except WT - but we will also race WT races, so still counts). I am glad that the team offered me not only a chance to develop in training and racing but also to already lead the team in several races, which will be my pleasure.
Looking in a hopefully brightful future at CCC Polsat, I'm returning to U23 racing now, but be sure: I'll train hard to enter my new team already on the highest competitive level.
André
Spoiler Did anybody really check pcs?
