World Championship Crash (not fixed)

I've had a strange crash, unlike crashes I've seen before.
It happens at the World Championships. The race loads just fine, but then this happens:
It always happens at the same moment: the split second before the riders are loaded on the screen. What could be the problem?
I did use Fast Editor to edit a small detail: that Belgium can send 9 riders instead of 7 and the other way round for Poland. But I've done that before and it was no problem then.

Haha, he was asking for the translation of your error. I am pretty sure it says:
"Pro Cycling Manager stopped working...
Searching for the solution..."
or something similar.

It must have something to do with the riders. Since the stage seems to load. But before the riders appear, it crashes.

I did see when the stage loaded there were 26 teams, maybe that's more than possible? |

Have a look in DYN_team_race, maybe there are too many riders.
But if it is related to your editing and cannot be fixed, at least you should be able to continue your career by skipping a day. |

I just tested the stage in classic mode and there was no problem. Everything loaded just fine, was able to race.
So it's definitely something in the database. Is there anyone who knows about this stuff?
@Lachi: There are only 162 riders, so that shouldn't be a problem. It might (even possibly) be an editing mistake, but I wonder what it could've been. I only changed Belgium's riders from 7 to 9 and Poland from 9 to 7. I did that early in the season. I've done that before in a previous career and it was no problem.

Just the columns of how many cyclist each country sends. I changed the 7 from Belgium to 9 and the opposite for Poland. |

Have you tried to edit the champion_i_bit if that still exists? It did for 1-2 PCMs ago

You should be able to find it in DYN_Cyclist. It tells whether the rider is going for the WC RR/WC ITT. The number 4 means something like he is in the "gross" team and 6 is the final team (if I remember correct). But as said before I am not sure whether the column still exists in PCM.

What I mean is that if the number (4, 6 or 0) is wrong that might cause the crash.

I had a look in my save. The column is in DYN_cyclist and is called gene_i_selected_nat_team. In my save from 16 of November, I have these numbers:
