Grand Prix la Marseillaise
Early the in the race a massive 13 man break went clear we managed to put our man Anthony Delaplace in the break after he scrambled across when we missed it to begin with.
Sepulveda got in a move then with Doumoulin we saw this could be crucial.but a shame he was dropped by Doumoulin who went solo across the gap.
And with 20km to go a 12 man spilt went to bridge to the break in behind there are another 7 men including Guillou for us these 7 didn’t get across and the 26 up front would fight it out.
And the top favourite to win the sprint Gianni Meersman took it out. Delaplace managed a good 15th considering how long he was in the break.
Result:
1 | Gianni Meersman | Omega Pharma - Quick•Step Cycling Team | 3h24'06 | 2 | Daniele Ratto | Cannondale | s.t. | 3 | Benoît Vaugrenard | FDJ.fr | s.t. | 4 | Bart De Clercq | Lotto Belisol | s.t. | 5 | Simone Ponzi | YellowFluo | s.t. | 6 | Jonathan Hivert | Belkin Pro Cycling Team | s.t. | 7 | Ken Hanson | UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling Team | s.t. | 8 | Danny Van Poppel | Trek Factory Racing | s.t. | 9 | Christophe Riblon | AG2R La Mondiale | s.t. | 10 | Justin Jules | Team La Pomme Marseille | s.t. | 15 | Anthony Delaplace | Bretagne - Séché Environnement | s.t. |

Knowing the chances of a bunch sprint was high we gambled on our man Romain Felliu today and didn’t send a rider into the break
This turned out to not be soo bad though the lead out was terrible a good 6th place from Felliu with two other top 20’s from the team.
1 | Ramon Sinkeldam | Team Giant - Shimano | 3h23'27 | 2 | Reinardt Janse Van Rensburg | Team Giant - Shimano | s.t. | 3 | Andrew Fenn | Omega Pharma - Quick·Step Cycling Team | s.t. | 4 | Matteo Trentin | Omega Pharma - Quick·Step Cycling Team | s.t. | 5 | Gediminas Bagdonas | AG2R La Mondiale | s.t. | 6 | Romain Feillu | Bretagne - Séché Environnement | s.t. | 7 | José JoaquÃn Rojas | Movistar Team | s.t. | 8 | Nikolas Maes | Omega Pharma - Quick·Step Cycling Team | s.t. | 9 | Koen De Kort | Team Giant - Shimano | s.t. | 10 | Marco Haller | Team Katusha | s.t. |

Jarrier managed to get in the break early on in the day today he was already tired from getting there though and was dropped with about 110km to go
Sepulveda was on great form today though having a +5 day so we decide he should be the last man on a punishing uphill finish.
The break was caught and with 3km to go we today managed to get a realy good position for Sepulveda on Feillu’s wheel hoping he could catch a good position with the uphill finish and as Felliu began to sprint we looked on for two top 10’s
Which we got Van Rensburg won easily but Sepulveda got 5th and Feillu 6th a good result for the team.

Very boring stage after not being able to get in the break we sat around waiting for the sprint knowing we were not having a lead out today just Feillu on his own and seeing how he would do.
Spoiler Sprint photo would be better but as I changed camera angle he put his hand down and they all stopped sprint position sorry
Which went well till we got on Marco Haller wheel he got blocked by one of the Garmin lead out men which blocked Feillu and all of his team mates came flying by until Haller suddenly rocket launched forward bringing Feillu into a great 2nd place the team also got 4th Sepulveda 6th Laborie and 8th with Fonesca a really great day for the team. Weird sprint but Feillu is 3rd overall now.

Don't even ask I just had them sprint at the end in a rage that Feillu was being blocked b Haller and they all came to the front only for Haller to come at about 80 km/h past at with Feillu on his wheel |
