Quite cool shirt! Looks stylish in a way
Good luck! Kinda like your choice of sponsors/focus, even though i always have an eye on Chinese riders as well but it would be great to see a non-Meiji Asian team growing, so i will definitely follow your success with interest!

I like how the Thailand flag blends in to the general pattern on the front/back of the shirt. Good luck for the season! Should be an interesting squad to put together, based on the nationalities.

Thanks guys!
@Bjartne: You know, I don't like your focus areas either.
Why didn't you stay in Iran anyways? |

@bikex hopefully this won't impact our own ambitions too much and we can work together to develop the South East Asian market.

Team Equipment of 2014 presented At a press conference at the headquartes of Siam Cement - Lenovo in Bangkok representatitves our equipment sponsors unveiled their creations that the teams will use for the upcoming season. The press could marvel at a new road and a timetrial set.
Roadset:
We decided to colour our bike black with features of the team's colours and Merida's green being the predominant colour. Shimano provides the team with Dura Ace C50 wheels. German security company Abus, that is still pretty unknown and ne on the market, made the helmet.
Timetrialset:
The timetrial frame is black with shapes of Merida's green and the team's red. The wheels are also from Shimano. Road helmet sponsor Abus doesn't manufacture timetrial helmets, so the Japanese expert company OGK Kabuto provides us with the red timetrial helmets.

As the season start nears, the management of the newly established team Siam Cement - Lenovo announced their official race goals for the season of 2014.
It is hard not to see that these goals will only be achievable with a good climbing squad, as in every selected race goal the deciding stage(s) are mountainious. The man who's mission to suceed in all those goals will be a single signing supported by a strong team with a certain depth in climbing.
The aim to get into the top ten will be a hard task to fulfill. The manager struggled to decide on what ranking to go for, either the Asia tour ranking or the CT ranking. In the end it was decided to take the Continental rankings as the highest priority goal, as there the team wouldn't have to compete against strong PCT teams and the opponents are quite on the same level.
The next three races take all place on the Asian where we lay the majority of our race calendar.
The Tour d'Azerbaijan kicks of with a team time trial, so a good team spirit is needed. After that two mountain stages and one classified as hilly will decide the race. Langkawi is majorly a sprinters heaven with eigth as flat classified stages only interrupted by two mountain stages that are likely to decide the overall clssification. The Tour of the Middle East, our win goal, is, 12 stages, the longest race in the C2. It kicks of with three hilly stages in a row and the first mountainious stage afterwards. Then there is for the GC men a little break and three stages will be contested by the sprinters, if any travelled there. The last goal is probably the most special as it is not for an Asian race and nowhere our sponsors are represented. The stage profiles were the decisive factor. The Clasico RCN is a race made for climbers. The six stages consist of three mountain stages and two hilly stages. This goal is probably the most challenging with several new South American teams that will most certainly look for climbers.

I think Azerbaijan is classified as in Europe by the DB, last year the race took part in the region of Iran but this year it's in the country.
Overall I like your goals, they should all be achievable if you bring in the right riders and we look forward to racing against you this season.

Ah yeah it is, nevermind I won't change this goals anymore. Azerbaijan is almost Asian.
Also looking forward to compete against you, especially in Langkawi. |

Love the team and jersey, South East Asia is gaining a lot of teams now which is good. Ambitious goals but all very possible with a decent climber. Best of luck |
