Hello everyone! I have tried and failed on stories before, that's why I'm going to only cover the races of one rider spesificly, while I will include a Highlight post from the rest of the races that have taken place in that month when it is over. I have also played Jan and Feb already so I will be two months ahead of the story incase I will end up not beeing able to play for a few weeks, so I cna keep posting them.
In this story I will use the PCM daily expansion pack databse with 2014 updated rosters. I will build the team around Edvald Boasson Hagen to see how he can perform as a captain. He will be supported, mostly by youths and primarly form Norway. If I see that I doesn't stand a chance to get enough points for promotion to the top league I will bring in some stars though.
I will edit the 2nd post with the story start tommorow or later, but since it's 1.55am here I believe I will go to bed soon so not sure if I will have time tonight. And by tommorow I mean 1.1.14 after some hours sleep.

Norwegian Road Racing
Story
The Air shuttle company from Norway called Norwegian have decided to go in as the only sponsor of the pro continental team which goes by the name Norwegian Road Racing. The Air shuttle company has signed a 3 years long contract with the team, and they hav brought in Edvald Boasson Hagen, a.k.a. Eddy The Boss to lead the team for the next 3 years. They will bring in many young norwegian racers to build up a strong team around their captain. Heading into the Tour de France 2016, aiming for a top 10 position in the General Classification standings.

Team squad for the 2014 season
Captain:
Edvald Boasson Hagen
History:
Edvald Boasson Hagen was born on the 17th of May, which is Norway’s birthday. He grew up on a farm in Norway. He started with cycling, just because his older brother did so, and he wanted to do what he did. The soon discovered that the little kid from Norway, who didn’t watched cycling at all had a talent. Those who knew him was not surprised later on when Edvald talked with Eddy Merckx before a race, without knowing who he was speaking with. The farm kid soon began to show results and was hired by the professional team HTC-highroad. In HTC he had a good time helping Mark Cavendish, before he joined team sky, when the british giant was established. In 2011 he was the first rider from Team Sky to take a stage win in the TDF. In 2012 he did an incredible job helping Bradley wiggins to his GC victory at the same time as he helped Mark Cavendish in the sprints. In 2013 he was once again on the start line of the Tour de France, as the only team Sky rider to have participated in every single TDF stage the team had ever participated in. That record broke though, when he fell and broke his collarbone in an early stage. Now Edvald has finally started to think about himself, as for now he will be captain of Norwegian Road Racing, and hopefully he can achieve things he never has before.
Season plan:
Boasson Hagen will begin the season already in february, in Tour of Qatar (or atleast that was the plan, but my team has not been invited there so therefore he won’t compete until march), before he will participate in a couple of races ending with the Ronde van Vlaanderen if we are given a Wildcard. Then he will take a long training brake, loading up to the goal of the season, The world Championship in september. He will begin the preparations early with some easy riding in Danmark, before he will head into the Vuelta if we are handed a wildcard. After the Vuelta is finished he will head into a training camp to prepare for the WC. He will participate in both the road race and the Time Trial, but with the Time Trial as his main goal. Aiming for a top 5 in both of them.
Potential:
Free Riders:
Sondre Holst Enger:
History:
The 20 year old Norwegian have impressed everyone with his performance the last year in big youth races, but also in Glava Tour of Norway where he finished 3rd in the General Classification in front of riders like Ten Dam and Bauke Mollema. He has a bright career in front of him as an alright climber and time trialist, with a deadly finish. Actually looking a lot like EBH. Except their attitude. He is a show-man kind of like Peter Sagan, while EBH is as most of us know very calm.
Season plan:
Sondre Holst Enger will this season have Glava Tour of Norway as his main goal. Except that he will just try to grab as many points as possible to try to help the team reach the World Tour next season.
Potential:
Oskar Svendsen:
History:
Oskar Svendsen have a bunch of good results from Norwegian races, but so far his only international achievement come in 2012, september when he became the first norwegian ever to take individually gold medal in the Men’s junior Individual Time Trial in the World Championship.
Just before the World Championship he also beat another norwegian record. During a VO2max test, as a 18yo, he had a VO2 value of 97,5!!!!
Season plan:
Svendsen will be the backup for EBH in the WC time trial, except that his only primary goal this season besides improving is to help the team reach the World Tour.
Potential:
Team Mates:
By obvious reasons I doesn’t bother to go through all of them in detail, but here’s a list of them.

He was talked about as the new eddy merckxsome years ago... Team sky has ruined a lot of that by using him as a teammate, so atm. it's a bit too much, yeah... But I will try to wake him up again.

Good luck, but what about keeping him at Sky and making Froome, Wiggins and co domestiques for Eddy?

Dippofix, then it would be too easy to win the TDF
+ I'm norwegian and love norwegian riders. I want to make more people knowabout a guy called Sondre Holst Enger... If you know who he is, if not you should really follow this story. AS I alongside playing races also will include some oftheir history now and then

He's actually pretty good when it's going up as well. He beat Bauke Mollema in Glava Tour of Norway 2013 |

Januaruy - End of month
Kind of boring month as none of the race organisors wanted me in their races. Just prepared for the rest of the season.
Highlights:
For those of you who doesn't understand norwegian, it's the achievement you get for finishing one week.
