Rules General
Negotiations via PM. Comments allowed, but no rumors, open discussions etc. Are allowed to post "For Sale" lists
I will periodically post summaries of all confirmed transfer deals
Budgets
Each Team has a unique budget. Currently money can only be spent of Transfers, so no need to think that hard.
Budgets will be posted and updated in the post below.
Riders can be used as part or all of a deal. But MUST be checked by TMM first.
Posting + Confirming
The Seller has to post the confirmed deal. No deal is confirmed until the Seller has posted.
Once posted by the Seller, all deals are final! Unless TMM says otherwise, and only then under good reason will they be reviewed.
Post in the format:-
Rider;
From;
To;
Price;
If it is not posted in that format the deal is not done.
Who Can Transfer
You can trade with any managed teams and riders.
In addition to the existing sets of riders in teams, there will be 6 Free Agent Sales (to be explained in a moment)
Re-Selling
You can re-sell any rider, by only for up to 50% of the original value.
For example; If a rider cost 100k, he can only be re-sold for 50k. If he is re-sold for a second time he can only be re-sold for 25k
Riders included in part-exchange deals are excluded until individually sold.
A re-sale can only be cash
Free Agents
Free Agents are riders from non-controlled teams.
There will be 6 Free Agent sales. In each sale number of riders will be available
When the Sale is posted, Managers can PM me a maximum bid for only one of those riders for Sales 1-4 and only two for Sale 5+6.
After a set time i will release the current maximum bid values. Managers can then PM again if they want to increase their bid.
After a set time i will release the confirmed deals, and the FA's join their new team.
You can also buy any other non-managed rider at any time. However they will cost all of your remaining budget, with a minimum value of 75% initial budget.
You cannot buy riders scheduled for a Free Agent sale outside of that sale

A loophole i have specifically fixed. And yes they are pretty much exactly the same, just with some minor tweaks and additions.
TMM- do both buyer and seller have to post or just seller? Cause if just seller someone could sell one of their riders to someone for a.large sum of money.

Just the Seller has to post, and only the seller. Obviously if they have lied then you can complain to me, and i can then look into it
Yes for some rider trades it could be tricky, but in that case you can decide between you which person will post. I probably wont notice if its that close a deal.
There was one problem in the old MFS where a deal was not understood by both teams when posting. But even then it was fairly simple to sort out and neither side was really unhappy in the end.
Just make sure you're nice and clear in your talks to avoid confusion. Basically be sensible and simple.
As a buyer feel free to confirm if you like, but it is not necessary and the seller must post it correctly and first

Look in the .cdb file, has all the stats for all the riders and many many more. All you need is an editor, and if you don't have one by now how have you been surviving.

Whoops, that was a really stupid questions. Didn't realize I could search all riders from the Custom Team Menu. I'm such an idiot

To Confirm
Transfers will open as close to 12:00 GMT as possible. Obviously i cannot guarantee being online at that time to open it, but i will do my very best.
Transfers are only open AFTER the Transfers Closed text in the top post has changed to green and Transfers Open.
Any deals posted before then, even it it's after 12:00, will not be counted and will in fact never be allowed to happen. No warnings and no second chances. Post early and you are f*cked for that deal.
Equally any deals posted really quickly will be under heavy scrutiny in order to maintain fair play. Pre-deals are not banned because i literally cannot check, but they are certainly heavily discouraged.
It will become obvious when an FA Sale begins, so please don't PM before then. Also there may be a slight alteration to their rules and running. Nothing major, and will be up before the first sale begins.
And a bit more generally; if you are sending me a message, please make the title clear. I'm gonna be getting a variety of messages over the comings weeks (OPQ Transfers, FA Sales, MFS Questions, EPIC stuff, MG stuff, Survivor stuff and streaming stuff). So please make things a bit easier for me and make that title clear. If you do that i am a lot more likely to be happy and not evil.

Basically a slight change to the FA sales. Now you can only bid on ONE rider in Sales 1-4, and only TWO riders in Sales 5+6.
Otherwise everything else is the same as it was. About 45minutes before opening time
