'There can never be enough jerseys.'
After the contest which Krisa set up I have set up this thread to try and generate more jerseys being created for PCM.
To spice things up there will be 2 competitions where people can vote for their favourite jerseys:
1) Any Jersey Competition:
Anyone who creates a jersey in a calendar month can submit the jersey in this thread and then everyone can vote for their 5 favourite jerseys of the previous month on the 1st - 3rd day of the following month (5 points awarded to your favourite and 1 point for your least favourite of the 5 jerseys).
2) Themed Jersey Competition:
Each month I will also add a range of sponsors to POST 2 where a separate competition will take place. The theme for November is food and drink. From the sponsors I post in POST 2 jersey makers can use one or two of the main sponsors to build a jersey around.
Before attempting a jersey based on a sponsor in POST 2 jersey makers must write in this thread what sponsor/sponsors they wish to use, so all jersey makers don't just go for one sponsor.
Jersey makers can add small sponsors if they wish to the jersey. The scoring system is the same for both competitions.
It doesn't matter if you have made 100 jerseys or 0 jerseys all attempts are welcome. Records will kept in POST 3. Good luck.

I said I was influenced by your contest. But this is different/ bigger, I hope.
(Besides, that other thread is like a ghost town with no one posting in like a week, I'm hoping this thread takes off and gets jerseys created on a regular basis.)

Right Krisa is the first to submit jerseys to the thread.
Jesleyh - I'm talking about people who have never made a jersey before.
I have added some sponsors to POST 2 for the theme of the month. Some will be fantasy sponsors such as Planet Pizza and Duff, but they have great logos.
If anyone comes across any great food/drink sponsors post it here and I will add it to POST 2. |
