Okay , so this post will be explanation of what i will do and what's this.
This is first (?) FIFA story on this site , so it's unique by itself, but it will be unique by reports. I will try to add few screenshots , but will keep most of it on just text. Will update monthly probably , with report from each match. I will try to add more non-football stuff and all of that.
I know i won't get many followers, since this isn't so popular over here ,but i started this with that fact , so that won't mean anything.
Let's bring on presentation of team/goals/transfers!

As target in League, me and Team Directors set reaching TOP4. Getting into TOP4 will most probably mean getting into Champions Cup , which is club director's main target for this season.
With players we have , it's really possible and we're ready to start our journey!
Domestic Cup Objective
Reaching 1/4 of Domestic Cup, as director said , is very possible. To be honest , that's not our main target this season, but we'll try to achieve that 1/4.
However , what's 100% sure is that we're going to give our 100%. Who knows, maybe we can get even more than that quarter finals.

Our team has almost every category of players in it. From future stars, to some legends. From players in best ages , to rising talents. And all of that gives one great team, which is able to do BIG stuffs.
First eleven
Well, after latest transfer (see below) , i made provisional , and most probably final first squad for next season. I think there are some even better guys in Substitutes/Reserves , but my opinion is that team will work best in this way.
Of course that this can and will change , but according to pre-season games and stuff that these guys showed on training , it's like that , for now.
Substitutes
Great guys on bench , as well as on terrain. It was really tough decision, but someone has to sit , right? These guys are on bench for some time. If they show me that they deserve first team squad , i can change my opinion in a second!
Most of substitutes are actually experienced and "old" players without too much energy and power left in their legs,but we will need their experience in decisive moments.
Reserves
Most of these guys just came out of our Youth Team and almost all of them are U21. These guys will get their chance in future, but for now, they will play only in some "safe" matches.
Best of them will firstly get on bench, and after that, if they show some great skills, maybe even on pitch this season, who knows.

Oh nice! I actually started a career with the exact same settings a few hours ago, though i use AFC Wimbledon. Not sure if Roma is a perfect choice, but we'll. see!
It's Marc-Andre ter Stegen, not ter-andre stegen.
Nice objectives too, can't see the screens with my phone though, so that'll have to wait until tomorrow.
Alakagom - Keyboard, since i broke my controller in FIFA 13 , few days ago. Going to get new one these days, so will switch to it.
Well, i looked at some FIFA14 stories in this type, and i know what i am doing. And , ye, of course this can't beat video-stories, but i'll try my best. Thanks!
Dippofix - . Corrected that mistake. Well , objectives should be realistic. At least i think they are.
Selwink - Well, i think Marc is our future and De Santics is just too old. Yeah, but my biggest problem is that i don't have classic ST. Boriello is one , but he is too bad, and i definitely don't want to bench Ljajic, so i'll stick with this formation for some time, and will see if that bring results.
Totti is anyway going to retire this season, so i'll probably try something new in few months.

All transfers (in-game, not real ones) for 13/14 season will be out today. It was great transfer season for us. You'll see.
Transfer season just finished, so it's time for report. In this transfer window, our target was to stregthen our defence. My opinion is that we did great job in doing that.

Guy that could not find his place in City , and we just think that he perfectly suits our team. He is young, strong , tall, he has everything needed for great career as center back.

Reason was simple, by getting ter-Stegen we had to sell one of our keepers and Lobont seemed like logical decision. Borussia needed goalkeeper since they sold ter-Stegen , and that's it.

Castan was just unhappy here, altough he had place in first 11. He said he prefer English type of football and he wants to move immediately. Also, he was our main reason for getting Nastasic.

Jesleyh - Yep, we reserved these places (defense) for next few years, definitely.
Dippofix - Well, i prefer only posting my team, my results , my transfers etc. But i can post some biggest AI->AI transfers if you want to (in some of next posts).
Firstly , note. I did quick reviews , since these are friendly matches. Each other report is going to have more details , such as statistics , scoreboard and more. Enjoy!
Pre-season Friendly Matches
Well, after transfer season, pre-season is coming. This season, we'll have 3 games. First two will be against French 1division members, Ajjacio and Sochaux and third one will be against Premier League team, Norwich City.
We'll try some experiments before real season starts, so results can be disappoiting in these matches.

Roma vs Ajjacio
Roma had ball in position in first half and had few great chances. Gervinho and Ljajic showed some great skills, and both of them hit post/bar. We was unlucky.
45th minute and great chance for Ajjacio. Diarra sent rocket shoot from about 25 meters and ball hit bar. ter-Stegen was lucky that it didn't hit his back and gone back into goal. By that , first half was over.
We kept pressuring in second half aswell. In 75th minute Pjanic had free-kick, and once again he hit bar , 4th time for us today.
Game finished with result 0-0 and it was quite disappoiting, since we were dominating. It's never good to start with draw or lose , but still it's friendly match.

Sochaux vs Roma
Our first match outside of Rome , this season.
Nothing interesting did not happen in first half, expect one chance for Sochaux. Today ,i was trying some young guys , so it was expected.
I decided to try "all or nothing" tactic, with 3-1-2-1-3 tactic. And it actually worked.
65th minute - Pjanic made cross - goalkeeper rejected it. Ball jumped in front of Daniele de Rossi , he got volley and scored a goal!!!
Only notable chance were in 87th minute, when Destro shooted from about 15 meters and hit goalkeeper.
Final score was 0-1 for AS Roma.

Roma vs Norwich City
And , last preparational game could start.
3rd minute - G. Hooper made little slalom throught awful Roma's defense , and scored an easy goal. 0-1 for Norwich.
Not even five minutes after that, a shock.
8th minute - After great corner from Pjanic, Benatia was highest in jump , and scored equalizer.
We felt that we have this game in our hands, and in next 20 minutes, it was only 1 team playing. Few chances from Ljajic and Boriello , but still not goal for lead.
34th minute - Great pass from Ljajic , right in front of Gervinho who got 1 on 1 situation with Norwich's keeper. He used it, and from that moment Roma was leading by 2-1.
Half time. We only need to save this result , now.
Strootman and Gervinho showed some skills by getting chances in front of Norwich's goalkeeper , but still no 3rd goal for us.
75th minute - Great score by Ljajic, after 1 assist, he has one goal. Nicely placed ball with finesse shot gave 0% chances for Norwich keeper.
Now it's almost 100%, we're going to win this. 79th minute ; Carprari - Gervinho , Destro - Boriello , Florenzi - Ljajic
