Hello and my name is Adam and i am going to do a story it will be just like Brewers90. For those of you who don't know what this is it is a story were you get to create a player with a certain amount of points. I am sorry that i have changed it but i felt some of the riders you had created were a bit too good, which isn't your fault it's mine i let you have to many points and i also wont to start in the Continental tour. I also wont everyone to be British or Irish. So lets get to it
Real name's - Or at least "fake real names" if you know what I mean. I don't want a cyclist called ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ (just an example) If you provide a stupid name I won't pick you.
Age all cyclist must be over 18 but younger than 26 so if you are under 18, just move your year of birth to whenever you want. But it has to be before 1/1/1996. but before 1/1/1988.
Attributes: - This is were you come in and mainly what you care about.
The maximum of one attribute can be 72 because it a Continental team i don't think there's any Chris Froome's in the Continental tour and i want to make it a bit challenging. The stats will be based on age:
25-26 840 (Max Attribute 72 & Potential 3)
23-24 830 (Max Attribute 72 & Potential 3
21-22 820 (Max Attribute 71 & Potential 4)
19-21 800 (Max Attribute 70 & Potential 4)
18 790 (Max Attribute 69 & Potential 5)
Development - This is also were you come in at the end of the month i will post who gets to upgrade there rider and how many attributes you can.The points you get are like this:
Grand Classification: 2
Mountain Classification: 1
Points Classification: 1
Young Riders Classification: 1
Team Classification: 1 (For everyone in tour)
Individual Rankings (Superstige, Continental anything): 3
Team Rankings (Superstige, Continental anything): 2 (for Everyone)
Manager - This also for you when you post you're riders you will also have to post what Manager you want aswell:

Now because: The Hobbit, fcancellara and jaxika were my first three riders I Want them to be my leaders so they get 10 more points now the stats can only be up to 79.
The next 6 riders will be my protected riders and once all 6 have been confirmed you will get more points |

My person is ok leader in small tours like Mallorca/Andalucia/Norway, ones with hills and tts, but in grand tours he shouldn't be one of three leaders, I would prefer breakaways as it suits him well, obviously less so on mountains, but you get the gist, he isn't really leader material.
Although I like f1, one vote for ellingworth.

Allright, I'll join.
A question:
If a FTR stat is high, would you let the guy attack more often than a rider with a lot FTR stat?
Also, it seems like with your point system, domestiques get a lot less points than leaders, making the distance between them even bigger. Is that true?
And the difference between points in young and old riders is quite small as well, but allright 
I need an answer to the 2 questions for my rider
@Jaxika Why do you always overpower your rider, like in every game?
