Spoiler I decided to start a new thread because i have read some of the other stories and realised my story is awful compared to the others so i am going to start again. It will be the exact same career as A repeat for Sky.
One of the newest Cycling team's on the Pro tour and without doubt the best Team there is and will ever be.
Database - Jesleyh real name db v2. Self edited
Difficulty - Hard
Evolution of attributes - 0.5
Random Potentials - Yes
I plan to put up a pre-match press conference and after-match press conference. I will post pictures of every stage and the results. I won't be doing a match review as it takes to long. I plan to put up about 7 or 8 stages, sometimes i won't be able to. I will try my best.

A message from the man in charge: 01/01/13
Hello!
My name is Sir Dave Brailsford and want to say a Happy new year from everyone at Sky. we would like this year to be as good as the last, with Sir Bradley Wiggins winning Britons first Tour de France, then a week later beating German great Tony Martin in the Olympic mens individual Time-trial. Britain also had great success of the road in the olympics with the track. They won 7 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze Medals.
But now to this year we hope that Team Sky can win many events this year especially the Tour de France, we also want to come in the top 3 in the other two grand tours(Giro D'Italia, Vuelta a Espana).
I Know there has been a lot of rumors about our team and i am going to put them all to rest know.
Bradley Wiggins and Chris Froome:
I Know many of you think that they don't get on. That is not the case the both appreciate each other and are happy to help each other out in any cycling event.
Doping allegations:
We can assure you that there is none of this going on, and all of the riders are willing to take a lie detecter test at any point of the season. What we don't want are these allegations going on any more Cycling has changed and is coming clean. What we also don't want is for someone to win a grand tour and all our fans being really happy at the time, and 10 years down the line he is found guilty of doping at that time, Because it will be upsetting for many of our fans.
Bradley Leaving:
I sat down and spoke to Bradley and asked him if these rumors are true and he said they aren't and wish to stay with sky for the rest of his career. Then we decided the best idea to clear these allegations is to sign a new contract. Bradley has a contract until 2015. He also said that he wouldn't be bothered what his position would be in the team wether it was a leader or a Team mate, But as long as he appears in two Grand tours.
Mark Cavendish left because of row with Dave Brailsford
Mark didn't leave because of a row with me. He wanted to be part of a team who where just set up for sprinting, i said that we wouldn't be able to agree that because we are a GC team, so we departed on happy terms and wish him all the best of luck at Omega Pharma-Quick Step.
Thank you and Goodbye! |

Why not Linus Gerdemann, Levi Leipheimer or Christian Quaade?

Pre-Season Press Conference 07/01/2013
SDB - Hello! and welcome. Where i am Joined by Sergio Henao.
Press - Hello!
SDB - Now lets Begin. The riders are in a pre-season training camp in Kuala Lumpur, and they are all looking forward to the new Cycling season. After this training camp everyone will head over to Australia with another training camp and then the Aussie championships and the Tour Down Under.
Press - Who has impressed you at training and who hasn't
SDB - I am not won to lie Xabier Zandio and Christian Knees both need to up there game as they are laking behind peopl like Joe Dombrowski and Bernhard Eisel.
Press - Why is Sergio sat next to you in Australia instead of being in Kuala Lumpur and where are the rest of the squad.
SDB - Sergio isn't in Lumpur because he wasn't feeling well so decided to come out of the training camp and fly over with me and a few of the staff. The rest of the squad are still in Kuala Lumpur where they have finished the training but are going around with the staff and looking at some sites because we like to keep them happy. I'm over here sorting some stuff out for the Training Camp.
{Press - This is for you Sergio. How do you see yourself fit in to the squad this year.
SH - Me and Dave have both agreed that i will have two roles a Team Leader and Supporter. I will be a leader in a few of the little tours to get use to next year were Dave said i could be a team leader perminately.
Press - What will life be like without Mark Cavendish
SDB - Obviously Cav will be a big loss but we both agreed he was best else were. I still think we will be as good on the flats in the next few years with Edvald Boasson Hagen being won of the worlds best, There is also Ben Swift and Luke Rowe who could be one of the worlds best in the next few years.
Press - Who are you planning for the Grand Tours.
SDB - We have decided the main riders for the Grand tours but haven't decided all of the places.
Press. - will you be able to tell us, Because all of your fans will be wanting to know.
SDB - Yes! For the Giro D'Italia The main riders we have chose are:
Rigoberto Uran, Richie Porte, Sergio Henao and Dario Cataldo.
For the Tour de France: Chris Froome, Richie Porte, Bradley Wiggins and Edvald Boasson Hagen. And for the Vuelta a Espana: Chris Froome, Rigoberto Uran, Bradley Wiggins and Edvald Boasson Hagen.
Thank You!

Pre-Game Press Conference 13/01/2013
SDB - Hello! i am delighted to be joined by Richie Porte, Chris Sutton and Matthew Hayman. Who are ready for the Australian championships.
Press - What is going to be your game plan.
SDB - We plan for Richie Porte to follow attacks on the final hill. We also plan for Chris Sutton to go in the break.
Press - Has everyone had good preparation towards this race.
SDB - They have all been impressing in the training camps. Matthew really surprised me in the Australian Training camp, it was probably because of that he was in his home nation.
Press - where abouts do you think you're riders will come in this race.
SDB - I think that Richie will easily get a top 10. Matthew will come in with the peloton and hopefully in-front. Chris will be in the Break in-case it goes all the way if not he will come out the race.
Press - Finally, Who do you all think will win the race.
SDB - Cadel Evans
RP - Some one from the break
MH - Simon Gerrans
CS - Matt Goss.
SDB - Thank You!
