This isn't just a variant, this is a side-seeing tour through France. Great job. Can't wait to put this into the game.
I have to add that I very like your route very much. Something different than the usual stuff.

Thank you bigggassi.
I wanted to do an original route that crosses all the French mountains: in order, Vosges, Jura, Pyrenees, Massif Central and Alps.
I try to do my best to be close to reality with the typical places visited and a good use of vegetation.
I didn't put all the previews, just adds the final stages. But you can see them on the forum PCM France that I put the link. You can get an idea of the quality of the work. |

Looks really great! But I have to say, Mont Saleve on the Annemasse stage is far too steep from Geneve side for being used in a Tour stage. I planned it in my variant until I saw the wild percentages near the top. But I guess it is ok for a variant to use not-real steepness though. |

Thanks
Where I go, the percentages are not that important, especially towards the end.
This is more than the percentage in the middle are important but they do not exceed 12.5%. 8.5% on average over 9.5 km. It has nothing extraordinary even for the Tour de France.
