Hello All
I started a career recently and for the first time I created a Custom Team.
My team consists of riders from round the world and inparticular Columbia.
The oldest of the riders is 24.
I didnt want any riders with a very high salary, eg Boassan Hagen.
My most well known riders are:
Peter Sagan
Tejay van garderen
Rigaberto Uran
Fabio Duarte
Thibaut Pinot
Overall I have some good sprinters and climbers. Some decent time trialists but not many Northern Classics riders butI plan on getting more.
I wont post full race reports but a brief explanation and the results will be posted.
Thanks

I will try to participate in both the Giro and Tour de France.
With Pinot and Van Garderen i have some good climbers andwith the hilly finishes I hsve Sagan and for the sprints I have some very strong sprinters.
So stages and the Young Rider classification are my goals.

The Official Release 2011 DB. So riders like Quintana are quite weak.

Squad to be posted soon.
Note: the team is a mix of very different riders with only 2 northern classic riders i dont fancy my chances in the classicd. With climbers and stage race riders like Yrqn and Van Garderen along with Pint and Duarte my aim for the GTs is a too 10 and the mountains jersey as well as stage wins. And with sprinters like Swift, Appalonio and Oss I think i stand a chance in the sprints of the GTs.
Lets hope the season goes well

The Squad Leaders
Tours and Grand Tours
For the Gts this season my two leaders will be Van Garderen and Uran.
In the coming seasons Pinot, Duarte and a few others will become leaders.
Sprinting
I have Appollonio, Swift, Oss and Nozzolo.
I also have Sagan who is also a leader for shorter tours with smaller climbs.
Classics
Vinmarcke is the only leader.

It would be nice if you would at least fix the names of your team. You can also just edit the savegame for that
