Martin Hunal
Martin is the strongest all-round rider on the team, and he's capable of getting some decent results on hilly terrain as well as having a pretty good sprint for the Continental Tour. With his climbing abilities he's got a good chance of reaching the end of stages in a great spot to sprint for the win. On the pan flat races, he's going to have trouble sticking out though.
Rostislav Krotky
Krotky is going to be the teams top sprinter in most occasions. He's also fairly adept on the hilly terrain, but he is more of a typical sprinters mould. As well as being the leader on the road, he will also be the leader off of it. With the most experience in the team he will be crucial for the younger riders who hope to someday race in the highest ranks of the peloton.
Tomas Okrouhlicky
Tomas is going to be the teams engine. He is great on the flats, crucial to any leadout, and he is also the best against the clock. Being a good timetrialist makes him a smart pick to go into the breakaway, as its very useful to be able to solo to a win.
Full Squad
This squad is not expected to do a whole lot. Its filled with a whole lot of riders who can hardly climb or sprint. Kopecky and Nesveda have decent sprinting abilities, but neither are much hope for the future, according to the experts. If talent is wanted it will have to be found from elsewhere, this team is full of experience and no future. Finishing Top 100 in the CT rankings would be a realistic result, but the new Owners have put pressure on the new manager and they have high ambitions, hoping that the Team can finish in the Top 50. The sponsors have promised a hefty bonus if the team can achieve the goals set out, so in the best interest of everyone the team will try its best (obviously)!

No more posts needed. You can now post if you'd like.
This will be my career for hopefully the entirety of PCM13. If a patch comes out later on that fixes the game substantially, I may restart which I've got no problem doing, but I doubt the future patches will fix much that wont be compatible with ongoing careers.
Also, I will stop making promises about when my updates will be, but I can say I believe with all this spare time in the summer I can get a lot down in the coming month or so, and "get into it" more if that makes sense.

Yes, it's in the French Community DB, just like 1000s of other small races

Top50 is really a huge challenge, I barely managed that with Herklotz second in the individual rankings, best of luck!
If I may ask, what were the reasons to chose this team? Quite out of the ordinary.

Cio was probably pointing that he has chosen Czech team instead of some Canadian/American, also AC Sparta Praha is indeed a bit weird (in positive way!) choice.

Thanks a lot everyone! Very grateful for all the nice comments!
@ Jakstar- Thanks a lot! I hope so too!
@ Teddy - Great seeing you in my story threads! Its not the same without you! I've got loads of friends, I dont need any new ones (I dont actually know what you meant though, btw) Thanks!
@ Jesleyh- Yep, I want to go with something challenging, and PCM doesn't exactly give out a lot of that unless you are a small squad like I am
@ FroomeDog - Thanks. I hope it is, for all my readers/followers.
@ Admir - Thank you!
@ Cunego - I can't stay along for long, you know that And thats exactly what I hope. I want to try and set out and do almost the impossible with this team Glad I have you as a follower, thanks!
@ The Rider - Thank you! Indeed the Czech Cycling Tour will be in this, including the Tour Bohemia and many more 1.2 Czech races. Thats the reason for this database. I thought playing in races I dont usually play would be interesting too!
@ Miguel - Thank you!
@ Cio - Yeah, I kind of wanted to make a big challenge for myself, but hopefully this isn't too hard. Its not a fail if I finish outside, but just a nice reward if I do
I chose the team, because I've always been a fan of Czech cyclists in general and for over a year they've kind of been my favourite Czech team (that isn't a feeder team for another team, and I like to not play as Feeder teams, for realism) and I've really grown to like Hunal and Krotky especially. I also wanted to choose a team that no one has done before, and Baucknecht had a story last year and as I said before, as good as Padour is, I like Sparta Praha better. The final reason is I really think they've got a lot of up and coming talent, and I think it would be fun to try and get a strong squad of Czech riders built up. (Sorry for the long answer)
I like the city Prague too, so thats probably part of the reason
@ Sutty - Thanks. I agree myself. I had a few options. At first I wanted to be Movistar for obvious reasons, but I thought I'd done enough as that team and not had it work out. I'd also thought of going for NetApp, but I guess I wanted a bit of a challenge and with them, I'd probably promote after the 1st season. I can still try and sign Barta and Konig with this team anyway, and they are my favourites on NetApp

I will not wish you luck. As I am preety sure when I do, your stories end too soon, so I may be jinxing them
Anyhow, great team choice, I know your passion for Eastern countries, so motivation should be there. Especially small team size should help too, make it more pacy and not too long WT or PCT season racing wise, and after you get a year in, I think you'll be willing to continue for much longer, it's getting there in first months of the season most of the time that might cause problems, but I believe you can do it, and while doing so - create a great story
