The finest database for the season 2007. But... only mostly in Dutch. The database is maked by Stanos Libre (= Camerluca, ex-member Savoluca) & the stats were given by Ruben (= Xplayer20 or Ruben_CymFan).

Letting us know that the database exists, I guess. We also have it available at this website. |

Thanks for saying our database owns.
By the way, pay attention the coming days, there will be an update very soon after the Giro d'Italia. Some bug corrections, some graphic addings, some transfers fixed (f.ex Basso, Scarponi out) and also a total stats update, even a stats revision.
I'm pretty sure that, purely based on stats, it's the best database out there. |

allow me to respectfully disagree
but then again...stats are quite subjective |

So, have you been making databases since CyM2? Have you been voted database maker of the year twice?
I don't know any database maker who researches stats like I do, except Plakker. None of these Danish, French or German (RSM) database makers ever pays attention to less known riders and teams.
I think that they're stats are very very poorly in 90% of the avalaibe PCM2006 databases. Maybe you don't care about the stats of Continental teams like RSM, Rasmu, PCMSpain and many other databases. But I do, because I want realism.
If you disagree with stats in the top part of the database, then that's purely subjective. I base my databases on results/race reports and what I see on TV. Not on pure feeling and certainly not only about Pro Tour teams |

Relax.
I just mean I disagree strongly on some points, mostly on the continental teams that I know better.
I don't want to go into detail on which, because as I said previously, stats are subjective.
It's a forum. I'm entitled to an opinion and to give it as long as I don't disrespect anyone.
On a thread about the DB, I gave my concise opinion on it.
Do you mean I can't comment unless it's a positive comment?
That almost sounds like the attitude of the ATESS DB makers...
In short: it's an opinion. nothing to get angry about

Oh. 'll take your word for it, then
I just kept re-reading my original comment and couldn't for the life of me figure out what I'd said that was disrespectful.
But I can understand how difficult it is when you put a lot of work into something and the reaction by some isn't what you expect.

Yep I had some word battles with him eather. Issoisso few tips for future:
* Nerver tell him that dutch riders was bad in the race. Specialy T.Dekker
* T.Dekker is better rider then A.Schleck
* Di Luca is best climber in Giro.
After all he is nice guy like TrueCrue sayd. |

Atess is a bunch of disorganised kids though, they do a lot of work in the graphical part, where even half was still wrong, and 1 look at Skil-Shimano or Team LPR and I know I can't play with that db...
And yes, I can be very fierce in my words, but I can't help it, it doesn't mean I dislike you |

Ruben: About the Stanosbase, did you consider changing the race names to "original" / UCI language? |

And I like Ruben philosophy on Stanosbase :realism. That the mane word in cycling manager...if you like 85 stats climbers then you should play Doom. |

Hey Dudes...
I've heard that there is a 2.0 version of the Stanonsbase, but i can't find it anywhere... Is it because it's under development or can you maybe tell me where i can find it?
