Because, if you just read it quickly, thinking this will be fine, you might install it wrong, forget the fix etc.

Just because it's easy to make mistakes in installation I guess. Not a word to pay special attention to 
I second Selwink's recommedation, it seems the best one(though Full Cycling Manager from PCMfocus is decent too, this one is better)

A few hours, it's quite big, but that's good, since it got a lot of features!
And of course, they have Blanco! It would be a really bad DB otherwise

If you have the Daily 2012-DB v2 it's 1 GB. If not then it's quite a lot more

Depends of your download speed, of course.
First, you need to download:
1. PCMdaily 2012 DB v1
2. 2012 DB Public Beta V2
3. Public bèta to 2012 DB V2 update
4. Then, the 2013 DB we linked to.
So it will take a lot of time of course, can't say how much, since I don't know your download speed. Well, doesn't matter, just do this!
Time doesn't matter, you can do something else while waiting on the downloads. It got a lot of features, you won't regret downloading it!
@LL Yes it is! Since the DB is based on the 2012 DB, you need it!

Yes, Blanco, new riders everything, that's right! Why would we recommend it otherwise?
And yes, Blanco fan, but that wasn't why I said that the DB wouldn't be good if Blanco wasn't in, that's because its an 2013 DB and it should have 2013 teams.
