Never Miss An Episode
Seasons 1-5: The Hit and Run
Seasons 6-10: The "Girlfriend"
You don't know me but one day you will.
I'm that guy you said was too small, not fast enough, no talent, and a failure.
So, I trained harder and longer until you couldn't overlook me, but you still did.
I poured my heart and soul into every pedal stroke just to get noticed.
And when I finally caught your attention, it was for the wrong reason.
This is my story... my life... my career.

Good luck. It's odd, these stories starting with PCM 2013 still more than a week away |

Thanks everybody so far. I'll start be answering the basic questions.
1. This story is starting right away as I don't need to wait for PCM13.
2. It's something that's new, so I hope you stick with me.
3. I hope you will enjoy it, and feel free to questions as it goes along.

Seems like a nice story, I'm in
One rider came to my mind when I read the first sentence: Andy Schleck. But that's probably incorrect
I was PCM Rulezz in a previous life

They say the best place to start a story is at the beginning, so here we are.
I was born and raised in the middle of nowhere; Kansas the land of corn.
My life plan was already set in stone even before I was born.
I was in line to take over the family farm being the only child. Until,
I stumbled upon an old abandon broken down bike tucked away in the attic.
After pushing a few boxes aside I was now face to face with a classic Schwinn.
Not having a clue what that meant at the time I grabbed the bike and
carried it outside where I dusted it off and pumped the wheels full of air again.
Then I set off down the road amused at the new toy I had found.
But when I returned back home my glee quickly turned into fear as I saw
my dad at the front door with his arms folded over just waiting for me.

Haha, I thought something similar but there can't be enough good stories around, and this one looks very promising (no surprise, looking at who it's coming from). I'm very intrigued

Interesting. I was thinking of Jack Bobridge at first, but he doesn't really fit the "non-talent" part.
I guess I'll have to stay around to find out who it really is!
