*Phone rings*
Me: - Hello?
Person on the phone: Hi there. Meet me at the restaurant down at Melbourne, close to the F1 race track at 7 p.m. this evening, ok?
Me: Ok, I guess. Who are you?
Person on the phone: When the time come's, we'll know.
*Phone disconect's*
I couldn't stop thinking about that call. I went to work and when it finally reach 6 pm, I left to the restaurant. When I get there, the doormen said that somebody had made reserves for a table for two. I was surprised. I waited and waited, and after 1 hour of waiting, somebody started walking to the table. And he told me:
Misterious person: Are you Mr. Carl Jones?
Me: Yes, are you the person that called me earlier today?
Misterious person: No, I came here to represent that person, who sadly, can't join us now.
Me: What's your name then?
Misterious person: My name is Mark. I work for an airline company.
Me: So why did you call me? I can't fly. I work in an office. What do you want from me?
Mark: 1st, let me tell you who my boss is. He's name is Leigh Clifford.
Me: Wait, the Leight Clifford? The chairman of Qantas?
Mark: Yes. He told me that your the perfect person to be the new directeur sportif of our new cycling team.
Me: Why me?
Mark: You'll see. I'll call you tomorrow with detail's with sponsor's, rider's and Mr. Crifford's goal for the season.
Me: Ok. I'll guess I can take this new challenge.
Mark: Great. See ya tomorrow.
Me: See ya.
Weird. I only manage a cycling team and it was an U-23 one. Oh well, looks like a big step in my life.

Anthony Giacoppo
After a great 2012 season, Anthony decided to go big in 2013. A great all-rounder, with a good sprint with the ability to pass hill's, he's going to be a push over on every race he enter's.
Trent Lowe
After a bunch of scandal's, Trent decided he wanted to restart his carrer. He went back to his home country and he's going to lead the team in the mountain's.
Travis Meyer
Travis is a great all-rounder. Good sprinting, good time-trialing, good punchy ability. He will be one of the main leader's across the season who can't disapoint.
Aaron Kemps
Aaron is a good sprinter, but to shine the route can't be hilly. He will still have the chance to lead the team across the season.
Luke Roberts
Luke is the team captain. A veteran with a lot of experience, he will be the main lead-out man for both Kemp's and Giacoppo. He will probably have the chance to also lead the team.
Caleb Ewan
A great talent, already with a good sprint. He will be a lead-out man for this season, but who know's next season.
Timothy Roe
Tim has already some PT experience, after racing with BMC alongside with big australian superstar, Cadel Evans. He's gonna bring us some of his experience and also some result's.
Jack Bobridge
Jack is already known for his TT'ing ability worldwide. He will be able to win GC's with that ability and he will be the 2nd to last man in the sprint train's.
Damien Howson
Damien is a talent. He know's his time-trialing ability and he only 20 years old. He will be one of the best time trialist's in the world in a few years.

Yup. The game is on portuguese, hope that's not a problem.
EDIT: Till the end of this month, the report's are going to come slow. Then a lot of stuff during May and back to slowness in June.

in stories that should never be a problem, I think everybody played the game enough to know the orded of wich the stats are displayed, or is able to check that if they really want to know
