Aaand,i'll maybe add 3 more,weaker riders,aaand will probably remove one of sprinters (i think its just too much,or i will put one to ride Giro/Vuelta and one is going to ride Tour)

To avoid doubling GT's yes. To get 60 per rider, with all WT and Fra races you'd need the full 30 and some good planning.
Don't understand why you couldnt just replace the few foreign riders in the FDJ roster with other some of the other french men (hint hint)
