The biggest Under 23 race on the calendar will of course be raced in the Management game, with teams of 6-9 competing. It will be raced at the same time as the Olympics, and should a rider be available to ride both - you can choose which one. So for example, Addy can choose whether Mark Cavendish goes to the Olympics or Avenir.
To enter, a Rider must be aged 22, 21, 20, 19, 18 etc etc on September 1st 2008, anyone older can not ride.
As I said teams of 6-9 enter and here are the automatic entries:
Accumalux (Will need to pick 9 out of 12)
Ferrari (Will need to pick 9 out of 11)
Maxbo Bianchi
Telefonica
Benfica
SouthAustralia.com
HealthNet/Cycling24
Virgin
Designa Kokken
La Gazetta dello Flogas (Mrlol and Addy291)
The Telecyclists (Zutcorp and Setzel)
Ag2r - France Televisions (JustinWk and Stemple)
Quarterlife Crisis (Waghlon, Levi4life, Rodda and Dave92)
As you can see, theres only 10 teams and some teams have been merged together. All of the other teams have less than 6 U23 riders BUT you can agree to merge together with 1 or more other teams for this race only, in order to get in.
Here is a list of all the teams that have less than 6 U23 riders:

Volksbank 2
Ceramica Panaria 2
Carrefour 1
Credit Agricole 1
Discovery Channel 1
Relax Gam 1
If you agree a deal with another team to ride, you must both post or PM me confirmation.
The riders who I would make as favourites for the race our Benat Intxausti, Robert Gesink, David Abal, Fabio Duarte, Magno Nazaret and Rigoberta Uran (Although Uran, Gesink, Nazaret and Abal are currently not in it yet - could be teams to try and merge with  ).
The best sprinters would be Cavendish, Goss and Ciolek (Ciolek isnt in it yet).

I have no idea what is happening
so we have to check our riders and see who is the correct age then sign them up?

Dmitri Claeys is Domina's guy - he is the joint best hilly guy in their. Andy Schleck is 3 months too old, Dario Cataldo is 6 months too old, and Jelle Vanendert is 7 months too old.

I bet my U23 guy is my slovenian for the olympics. Still though, how about a couple of us with only one rider unite up? We could call ourselves "Team Midlife Crisis"!

11 of your team qualify for the race, you can only pick 9.
