So new computer to play the game on means a new story. This time it will be an Italian team. I will report the first two months shortly and then start with Paris-Nice. I will also be playing on normal since I'm terrible at this game
Can anyone guess the team?

I will, but it's easier to start a new one right now, especially since I've lost all the pictures from my tmobile story.
and yeah, Lampre is correct. Presentation will come soon |

Damiano Cunego:
Here we have our top stage rider. He will do his best to take a double this year, Giro d'Italia and Vuelta Espana. It's a hard challenge, but we are confident that he will manage a podium in both at least.
Alessandro Ballan
Will try and win a cobble classic this year and a stage in Tour de France if he can. He will get free hands in almost all the races he participate in this year.
Marzio Bruseghin
Helper for Damiano Cunego in the giro, and will after that lead the team in some smaller stage races for himself. Possibly starting the Tour or the Vuelta as well, but not both of them.
Tadej Valjavec
A talented rider that will get the big responsibility to lead our Tour de France team. The optimistic goals is a top 10 place for him, hopefully he can manage that.
Daniele Bennati
Sprinter for the Giro and the Tour where the goal is stage wins and the points jersey. He will get hard competition though.
Danilo Napolitano:
Sprinter for the third Grand Tour and also a lead out man for Bennati in the Tour. If Bennati fails he will lead the team there as well. |

We won a race in February with Bennati, but now it's time for the real thing
Paris-Nice
Here we are in France for the years first pro tour race. Our leader is Bruseghin and we have an out of form Napolitano for the sprints.
Stage 1
A short TT where we have some hopes for taking the leader jersey.
Bruseghin is off, and has started quite well in this race. Lets see what happens...
He finishes strong and takes the lead just ahead of Cobo from Saunier. Will it last?

Paris-Nice
Stage 2
We got the leader jersey and a stage yesterday, so anything more in this race is just a bonus, but still we have to do our best to keep it.
Lampre doing there best to chase down the break today. So far it's under control.
Boonen has a very good position today, and a nice form as well it seems. Napolitano tried to take his wheel, but you can see the outcome of it.
Boonen takes the win by a huge marginal...Zabel takes 2nd ( that's a first, ehh? ) and 3rd place is for the Aussie champion, Davis.

Stage 3
Here we are with the peleton together, just 26km is left to ride and the weather is much better.
Napolitano has lost contact, so not really much to do for the Lampre manager at the finish. Let's have a look at the other riders insted.
Zabel is doing very well in this sprint, but Davis is coming on the outside, fast!
He just holds on for Davis.......but insted another german takes it from him...Schumacher.

Paris-Nice
Stage 4
Here we are with just under 50km left to race, it's been a quite even and hard pace during the day and they should have no problem catching the breakaway.
Finished with the real hard part now, just a bit more up and down before the finish. Bruseghin is having no problems so far at least.
The break is caught and of course there will be a sprint again for the win. Favorites are Davis and Boonen, maybe Zabel as an outsider.
It's another stage for Tom, he seems to be a real threat for Milano-Sanremo in a few weeks. Bruseghin is keeping the leader jersey one more day at least. We are very happy with that.
