Great work Luigi, though i'm not sure of its function. I think that in this way we will know all the custom rider in this season and their stat, but there is something that we still need to know? |

not at all, I thought that it is an easier way to present the stats for the people that will edit the database (don't know if TMM is going to do that alone)
may also will help for next season after the 1 year run out and the stat's update happend, etc

Custom riders preview
When we look at the custom riders, it is clear that all players have different ambitions. There are some 18 year olds that will hopefully improve a lot over the years, because at the moment they're domestiques at most. Then there are two 32 year olds that seem very invincible. In between, we have a variety of riders of different age and skill. In a few year time, they are meant to be the top, but can they get there?
Looking at their overal chances then. In stage races, we are looking at two potential grand tour winners. Lucas Gonzalez and Jakab Zoltan are pretty much identical, so should they ever meet, it's gonna be fireworks. While they are not quite as good as a Contador in the mountains, they're good enough to follow him. Just underneath those two are Kim Po-ding and Mathijs Ruiter. Kim will struggle in the mountains, while Ruiter won't like any time trials. Nice things can also be expected from Joaquim Agostinho and Wesley Hoogenboom, but they will need a bit more time to reach their full potential.
Looking at the sprints, there is definitely some potential, but I don't see much winning when Cavendish and Greipel start. One name stands out though, and that's Johan Veenhof. If anyone can steal a win from them, it's him. Robert Ulriksson is also a name to watch here, as he takes a hill better then most sprinters. Finaly Yanick Ertzen in a good day can get a win against a weaker pack.
Looking at the cobbles, we get pretty much the same story. A long list of names that can ride top 10, but none that I see following when Boonen and Cancellara go. It will be an interesting battle after that though, with Karl Hammarling, Samuel Love, Mitch Thompson and Nick Van der Valde pretty much equal. But then again, it's cobbles. Totaly unpredictable, so one of these guys could actually win de Ronde or Roubaix!
The hills are much more open. Gilbert stats are a joke, so a lot can happen. Anyone with a decent hill stat can have a go at winning, it's all about attacking at the right moment. For the challengers I'm looking at Lucas Gonzalez again. If you say Gonzalez, you gotta say Jakab Zoltan. Ted Mosby will be the main challenger. Wesley Hoogenboom will be there as well. Never underestimate Kim Po-ding. Same story for Mathijs Ruiter. Robert Ulriksson with that sprint of his. Then we have pure puncheurs like Max Detreute and Maxime Oget. I'm telling you, the hills are totally open!
For the younger riders, it will be a season of developping. Unfortunately it has been decided there will be only one update, and only after the season. This means it will be a hard first season for those not called out. The key here will be the progress you make after the season. It needs to be big, and it needs to enable people to catch up with the ones of a few years older. This will be a very complex system to work out though.
Good luck, all custom riders!
