So yeah, it's back. I guess that's the best I've ever did in PCM so far. BUT. This time it's going to be MUCH BETTER. To achieve that, except for myself ofc, I'm going to need YOU!

It's your riders again. But a bit different.
Most important: Please don't join, if you won't follow your cyclist, to their ways into the World Tour!
This time, it ain't no team of World - beaters. It's just a small up and coming team, with lots of young guns, who want to show the old foxes what they're made of.
Rules of creating a cyclist:
You're rider must fit into the scheme, made by me.
All riders must be between 18 and 23, depending on their status in the team.
I need 22 riders.

No need for own reports, short comments, or monthly blogs(not necessarily too detailed) would do it in my opinion. Spider of the Day is going to be the main part of the dev, so don't worry if you don't have time to do big things, just show signs of yourself following sometimes..

He grew up in the village of Old Balkello in a very poor farmer family. When he was 10 years old his father gathered all of his money to buy Jonathan a bike.
From that day, Jonathan trained hard every day to become a professional cyclist. He became a cobblestone specialist, since most of the roads around Old Balkello were only covered by cobblestones, so he is used to bad conditions.
His biggest dream is winning Paris-Roubaix to show the world, that you don't have to be born in a rich family to achieve something special.

Personality: A bit of a shy guy. He's very nice though. No party-animal, he's focussing most of his time of Cycling. He's very ambitious, but doesn't like to blow his own trumpet at all. As said, no party-animal, but a party in the off-season can't do any harm
His teenage life wasn't all about Cycling. He used to be a good football player. Well, still is. He was close with signing a contract with a big Dutch football club(Which is not Ajax ) He didn't want it yet, since he was still in his study. He found out that Cycling is the thing he has more talent on than football. Now he finished his study, he can focus on Cycling.
(Hope these stats are all-right, wasn't sure about the other stats, and wanted a high ACC and PRL)
