Ok here goes my 1st ever story here(well i think it is).
I will be using PPDB (V6-b), there will be no training camps, no use of the Dot and it will be played on Extreme.
The Goals for the team from the management:
and a few of my own:
To win the Individaul and Team rankings in the ProTour.
To win a Medal for my country in the World RR and World ITT.
Every rider to win at least one race.
The Team:
He'll ride some PT races for us this season, but will focus on getting results in races outside the PT, we would like him to defend both his national titles too.
Billy will ride a very similar schedule to Popo, and will focus on wins in the smaller races.
Will be the leader at the Vuelta will have a slow build up to that race.
Will be looking for wins in the smaller stage races in the PT, will also be co-leader in the Tour.
One of the older guys on the team, will hopefully provide support on the cobble races, will ride either the Giro or Vuelta.
No idea that there were British people who could ride bikes, Only joking Steve will ride the Giro for the TTT, he'll also hopefully be useful in breaks and also chasing them down when needed.

The riders(cont):
The "great white hope", will look to win the Tours of California and Georgia, will also look for results in PT stage races, will ride the Tour.
Our main sprinter hopefully will go well at M-SR, will probably miss the Tour but will ride one of the other 2 Grand Tours.
One of the allrounders on the team, will be given a free role in the Vuelta and hopefully will be there or there abouts at RVV.
Again an allrounder, will look to do well in the smaller stage races and the cobble ones, will be part of the Tour team.
Hopefully this will be the year that he finally wins P-R
Don't know who this guy is he just turned up wearing the kit for the team photo, will be co-leader at the Tour.
Will be a support rider, will look for results in the smaller races
Our climbing talent from Oz, will be part of the Giro team.
Useful rider for the climbs, will look to get in to a few breaks too.

Merci all
Sorry would've finished this off earlier but had to go to see my tutor.
The Riders(cont):
A solid rider, will ride the Giro and Vuelta will also have his chance in the 2 American tours for stage wins.
A young cobble talent, will ride at least 1 of the main cobble races in the hope it will aid his development, will more than likely not ride any other PT races.
Again another solid rider, will try and help Davis in the sprints will also try and score a few wins himself.
Again a rider who'll be helpful on the mountain passes, will be part of the Tour team time will tell if he does the Vuelta.
Will be a key rider for pacesetting/leading the chase on the flat.
Will be a key worker in our plans for the vuelta, will be a keyman in the hilly races, hopefully in one of the big ones he'll be able to get into the right break. |

that makes 2 of us then
The Riders(final part):
Our leader for the Giro that's our main goal for him if he can achieve anything anywhere else then bouns, will be a support rider for the Tour.
Will probably be Popo's key man in the Giro, will skip the Tour and as a swansong will ride the Vuelta and hopefully bow out with a stage win.
Useful TT'er and handy sprinter(although no match for the big boys) will be a useful break rider.
A more than useful flat rider and TT'er will be one of the guys for the Giro TTT.
Will ride the Vuelta to keep his record going, will also ride some other PT races will have a support role in them.
A good guy to have in your team, someone who will give their all to the cause. will ride the cobble races and one of the GT's(Giro or Vuelta).
Well that's that done, next off to OZ for the Nationals.

Australian-Road Race
BALLARAT
The team:
Race Tactics:We plan to send Lowe with any breaks that go away if not he's to look for any chance to attack himself, White will babysit Davis for the stage and help him get in postion for the sprint should it come down to one.
With 95km left Meyer and Rice attack and actually get a gap, Lowe joins them and soon rides past them, he starts to build up a nice lead over the peloton
With the gap over 6 minutes a couple of teams try and reduce the gap, but is it all in vain?
It is, T-LO takes the Aussie RR title and our first win of the year

OK after a few days away i'm back.
Stage 2:Santa Rosa-Sacramento
Stage Tactics:We plan to let Jelly Belly do are the work and the sprinters teams, but if a break is still away with about 60km to go we'll send some of the boys to help pull it back.
15km into the stage this group set off on their merry way, Dionne, Steurs, Switters, Lange, Van de Walle and Fernadez with a lead of 8'25 and 1'20 behind them are Crane and Barry
Jelly Belly lead the chase, with 60km left and the gap down to 3'50 Credit Agricole and Toyota take up the chase
The break is caught with 23.2km left, so it comes down to a mass sprint
