Not sure how long the other Century 21 can last riders are quite unhappy after I had Frank Schleck protect Marcel Kittle on Stage 1 of San Luis. Also I want to show some screen shots and Frank Schleck is not in NC Kit shirt.

Team Meeting
Century 21 Development Team meeting was with Sponsor and Team Officials to discuss the teams goals and types of races and riders we should be looking for. Century 21 put an emphasis on developing the team in to a world class team that would compete on the grand tour. They want to develop a Stage Team and also a team that would compete in the 1 day classics.
There was also discussion about staff and it was decided that we'd get one trainer and one doctor, but would not get a scout budget at this time. And that the team could seek to find people to fill the positions of Trainer and Doctor.
We need to fill the schedule with races from the USA, France, and Belgium, also Italy. Since we are ranked Continental, the UCI would not be entertaining us for the UWT races, our goal this year is to get in to some HC category races and to win our 1st category races. Our Sponsor will let us know the expectations for the team soon.

Team Request for Participation
We'd like to take part in GP Costa degli Etruchi, on February 4th. We are a team that is newly formed in the United States and we have great riders from Italy whom we'd love to show off in your race. We'd have riders Elia Favilli, Matteo Tretin, Fabio Fellineto take part in this race along with American Taylor Phinney.

Training Camp Acclimate
The following riders have been informed they are to attend a training camp in Alcamo, Italy. This camp is for pre-season conditioning and we hope that all riders get race ready to begin the season. Their season starts with the New Zeland Cycle Classic.

Team Request for Participation
We'd like to take part in Giro della Calabria, on February 11th and 12th. We know your have a busy schedule and we also relazie you might not of heard of us, since we are a newly formed team for the 2012 season and we are based out of the United States.
You'd see such riders as Taylor Phinney (USA) whom rode along side Tour de France champion Cadel Evans, Elia Favilli (ITA) an Italian who was on Farnese Vini last season on the Pro Continental circuit. Matteo Trentin (ITA), who is a very promising rider we would like to showcase in your race. We would bring a strong team and this is not a warm up race for us, we are coming with riders in shape and ready to race.

We know an American Continentnal team is not a high priority to sign, but we'd be delighted to take part in your race this year.
