Age: 18 (29/12/1993)
Nationality: German
Height: 171 cm
Weight: 69 kg
Favourite Cyclist: Robert Gesink, Tony Martin

I'm born and raised in holland but I always like germany better and that's the reason why I changed my nationality from dutch to german.

I might have the wierdest road to pro cycling ever: I started very late with cycling at the age of 15 but it quickly became clear that I was going to be a great cyclist. with a lot of top 10 sprints and timetrails but never seemd to win anything. however this may be a good thing because I live near the town ware Joop Zoetemelk came from and we all know howmany times he became 2nd before his first tour de france win.

because of that my palmáres isn't as shiny as my new teammate Mike Pye but that only means I have to make one at the pro's.

My Abilites

I'm a cyclist that likes sprinting and time trailling so i hope that i can be one of the best in that subject.

Flat: 70
Mountain: 59
Hill: 66
TT: 63
Prologue: 65
Cobbles: 55
Sprint: 73
Acceleration: 70
Downhill: 63
Fighter: 60
Stamina: 60
Recovery: 60
Resistance: 60

dreams and goals

1. Like Mike I want to be Olympic Champion but unlike Mike I want to do it on the road race.

2. an GT stage win. A win at a GT race is one of my goals for my career but a dream is the points jersey of any GT

3. German National Champion

Mike Pye

Age: 23 (5/07/1989)
Nationality: Great Britain
Height: 175 cm ( 5'9" )
Weight: 70Kg
Favourite Cyclist: Pippo Pozzato

Well, what to say about myself? I'm a young brit whose just starting out in the world of road cycling. My life so far has been on the track, competing in 6 dayers, and at the youth commonwealth games.

My palmáres looks quite shiny - I've been Pirsuit and Madison WC at junior level, and have 11 top 10 overall finishes in the so called "6 Dayers."

static.guim.co.uk/sys-images/Sport/Pix/pictures/2012/3/21/1332355231455/Andy-Tennant-007.jpg

I'll be looking to broaden my horizons this year with my entry into road cycling. With a bit of luck I may still enter several Olympic events on the track, though if that meant forsaking a position on the Tour Squad, then I would consider missing them.

My Abilites

I'm a sprinter by nature, I have a rapid turn of speed, and because of my background in the Pirsuit, I've also learnt to keep that speed turned on for longer than many can manage.

Flat: 73
Mountain: 60
Hill: 72
TT: 69
Prologue: 75
Cobbles: 62
Sprint: 74
Acceleration: 76
Downhill: 62
Fighter: 68
Stamina: 72
Recovery: 69
Resistance: 73

My other weapon is my ability against the clock over short distances! (No Surprise there) Which I hope could one day prove enough to win me the leaders jersey early on during some events.

Dream: Seems every cyclist has something they aspire to, personally I have three!

1. I want to become an Olympic Champion in the Individual Pirsuit or the Madison.

2. I want to win the Green jersey at Le Tour!

3. I want to wear the yellow jersey on my birthday (5th July) Looks like I'll need the Prologue ability even more!

Age: 23 [18/07/1988]
Nationality - Netherlands
Height: 175
Weight: 58
Favourite Cyclist: Joaquim Rodríguez, Robert Gesink

When I was young i loved to watch cycling. I then decided to start cycling myself. I liked the mountain stages the most so i really wanted to become a good climber. Years passed and I started doing amateur races at the age of 16. There weren't mountain stages in the Netherlands so i used to go in the Alphs every summer and i became a better climber there. I made it my speciality.

I really look forward to this year, I want to grow more as a climber. I also like to help other cyclists of my team to win a grand tour later in the season, and maybe go for a win myself.

Abilities

I am a pure climber, I would have liked to be a better time trialist but that was nothing for me. So I will keep becoming a climber and I hope to be one of the best someday.

Dreams

1: I like to win the mountain jersey in a grand tour.

2: I want to help one of our riders and make him win a grand tour.

3: I want to win at the legendary Alpe d'huez stage.

Yes, he's already one of the best Grin
He could indeed win a GT with only few TT km's.
btw, do we use variants for the GT's franco?

That was the aim with mathijs. From the beginning we said he would be the leader for the Giro this year.

@SSJ2Luigi- It looks great. Only 1 more rider to post.

The focus this season is two-fold. It's Olympic year, and my growth has been on the track. After discussion with DS Jack Love, we decided that it'd be best If my Road season was mostly focussed around the early months, collecting almost 50 race days by the time my season draws almost to a close after Il Giro D'Italia.

The team has been great in that after this I will have almost 2 months away from the road, where I will be returning to the UK and my home in the Peak district, training for the Olympics with Team GB.

Hopefully I'll be able to collect stage wins throughout the year, and then do some damage at the olympics, where I'm dreaming of taking Gold in the sprint!

unbelievable, first stage for my new team and first stage win for Adrian (Hanzen). the train of Haussler-Me-Farrar-Hanzen worked perfectly for us and with the stage win the moral is very good with us. Hope there are many more win's this season. even more important to me is that I managed to beat my nephew (Jacques Veenhof-Radioshack). I'll ends this tweet with me in the lead Smile
