Hello, all you PCM fans! Today I present to you the start of my season as manager of Cessna Cycle International! I will post results, info, news, etc. in this thread. Enjoy!
1st things first. The team.
Leader
John Moore
Projected to do well throughout the season, Moore is a capable climber and has been designated as our leader for larger races. "I hope we can do well in the Continental leagues, and move up to World Tour calibre," Moore stated. Moore's attributes will help Cessna greatly as we progress to the top of PCM stardom.
Climbers
Mauricio Ardila
A reasonably good puncher/1st cat. specialist, Ardila will lead races where Moore is not competing. Ardila has strength, but we do question his overall abilities.
Santo Anza
Getting into his older years, Anza has been reliable, but not exceptional. This season we hope to maximize his ability to climb in larger mountains, and get him a good finish.
Sprinters
Eric Baumann
Not a fantastic cyclist, but we see potential in everyone. Baumann has been allocated at least 85% of all major flat races, (Tour of Qatar, Tour of Oman, etc.) but will not take part in mountainous races. (Paris-Nice, etc.)
Tomas Alberio
A budding young rider, Alberio is set to have 20-30% of all races. Capable of becoming a leader in later years, his contract will likely be resigned in 2013.

Apologies for the delay, I shall now continue with my team roster!
Others
Nikola Aistrup
Originally a flats rider, Aistrup has been trained for balanced abilities and will see about 90% of our schedule. Aistrup will most likely be sprinting for our squad as well.
Kamil Zeelinski
A budding sprinter, Zeelinski should be a future stage winner. Zeelinski is highly unlikely to see more than half of all scheduled races.
Adriano Angeloni
Highly unlikely resign, unless he brings in some excellent results. Angeloni is a balanced rider, but we believe that he has sub-par abilities.
Lorence Oswalt
A puncher in all chances and times, a good performer. Sadly, he is unlikely to become a team leader because of his age (28).
Ermanno Capelli
Weak, but has a lot of potential to mature over the next 3-5 years.
Jamie Castaneda
An extremely poor rider in all aspects. Castaneda is highly unlikely to ride in more than 5% of our races.
Team Mentor
Glenn Bak
Right at his prime, Bak is a brilliant rider who is excellent at climbing. Bak can also perform at flat ground, which means he can fulfill the role of leader as well.
Here we go! |

True, but the team is Cont. League, and the best rider overall is 74(Moore). |
