This thread is, as the headline says, a thread for the 2. best league in England. It is kinda like the Premier League-thread, but instead it's for nPower championship.
I'm so happy for Leeds' win away vs. Bristol yesterday. Now I've seen that Diouf was a pretty good signing.

Soooooo. Tuesday Leeds played 2-2 vs. a Bolton team in bad "form". I'm not satisfied with that, and now they lie on 9th, with 4 points to "direct promotion". I'll hope they will play better the next couple of games..
On Saturday I hope for a Leeds win. They are up against Barnsley, who lies 8 places below Leeds.
Go Leeds!

Seen the highlights of the Leeds game and they certainly should have won that |

Resurrecting this thread in the hope that we might find some more interested Championship supporters. We have a Leeds fan, a Blackburn fan in Valv321 and a Middlesbrough fan in me. Anyone else around here, watching Championship football instead of Champions League tonight? |

Are there any Wolves-fans here? How are you liking Ståle Solbakken so far?
Just because the viking age is over doesn't mean we can't come over and rape that which is closest to your hearts!
("Closest to your hearts" being Wolves in this analogy)

I'm a Blackburn fan as well! Off to the game tomorrow. Two local derbies in a week... Bolton tomorrow then Burnley on Sunday! Big BIG game for Mr Berg

very disappointing result. terrible display until the final 10 mins when we scored. no hope or desire for 80 mins. I was questioning why Gomes was not in the team. He has been playing well.

Well the Big derby ended in a draw. I can now live my life knowing that Burnley have not beaten Rovers in 33 years and counting

Well, it seems Henning Berg has been sacked by Blackburn due to poor results. In one way I can't say I blame them, but I think all managers should get close to a full season before they are fired.
It's funny to read the comments on the different newschannels' Facebook-pages; it's full of people laughing their asses of and calling him an utter failure. Yeah, because winning the Premier League and playing for both Blackburn and Man Utd and later going on to manage a very recent PL-club is a disgrace.
