The Riders:
After several months of negotiations with riders, Brian Holm is ready to announce the team that will be riding for Maersk Cycling Team in it's very first season.
The team is primarily based around riders who has worked with Brian in the past, and young nordic talents. All in all a good mix of rider types.

Seems strange as I have no problem on either my computer, phone or iPad... I'll try switching them from gif to jpg. To see if anything changes... |

No!!!!!!!!!!!! No .png files please, as the size will be too big (with race reports screenshots). Just use .jpg, like everybody does.

The pictures are tiny flags at the riders. Shouldn't be a problem for anyone.
But okay.. I'll change them to jpg ;-)

Grand Prix de Marseillaise
The Team:
Troels Ronning Vinther
Jan Ghyselinck
Craig Lewis
Gatis Smukulis
Laurent Beuret
Matthew Brammeier
Goal:
Finish in top 20
The Race:
We managed to get Craig Lewis in todays break along with 13 other riders. In the break are riders such as Julian Dean, Jimmy Casper and David Veilleux
At every uphill section Craig Lewis sets a high tempo in an attempt to drop Jimmy Casper and Julian Dean.
Uh-ooh.. Jeremy Roy has attacked and is closing in.
With around 40 km to go. Roy catches up with the break.
A bunch of riders have closed in the breakaway. The peloton is not far behind. Our sprinter Matthew Brammeier is struggling, so our best hopes are Lewis and Vinther.
Vinther gives his all but runs out of gas far from the finish line. Bram Tankink from Rabobank was the fastest today.
