I don't have permission of Kent but I think is a good idea to use different threads to talk about important things and discussing about the races. There's the second one, if you accept it of course!
About my RBO in TDU: I don't like to see it the second last on team's classification but, well, I must accept it. However, I love to see Sagan fighting with Bakelants for the Mountain's jersey. Hope he can achieve it during the last race. And my FF to Bates, who surprised me and is my first cyclist in the general classification.

Oh, and I've sent Kern to Calabria and sprinter Dehaes and Mancebo to San Luis. Hope they'll win something...

I fail, no one in the top 10, no podiums no mountain jersey, but still the 4th team, something has gone wrong....

For us, it's worser, although we only sent Bennati there, but his form should be terrible, as he only get a 9th and 2 18ths. Hayakawa is a big surprise, as he sits at 22th in the GC, and 3rd for the U25 jersey. That's some nice stuff. |

Quite proud of my man Renshaw on his home turf. Hopefully he can snatch a stage win from cavendish on the final day |

btw, can anyone tell me how Buts got there??? He can't sprint so why is he infront of Sagan? He can't climb so why is he ahead of Kolobnev? I still don't get it....

Yea having this forum is fine for discussion, perhaps make the other one less crowded...if only we could get a folder to put all of this in and keep it better organized.

Does that mean CrueTrue said no to you?
Anyway, I'll have to wait until Calabria until we'll race again. Hope Sagan will dominate the pre-season

We already have man-game and all of you will have the opportunity to join it soon at the season ends. So you gotta see we can't have another one for 'pseudo'. Would confuse people too as well.
And to you fjhoekie. PCM Simulation takes around 50% rider skills and 50 % random simulation ( personal opinion with the figures mind you ) That's why you see Cav coming 17th at Tour etc. While it produces good results on few stages, it's lottery on some.

But do we want to? In my opinion the popularity of this proves weakpoints of the system you currently have. Waiting days to see random unknown races with riders you've never heard of getting simulated without the ability to control the riders is simply too boring for a lot of us.
Now before I'm not allowed to join next season because of this post: I'm trying to say that you should use this as a step-up: Prove you're able to do this before you're allowed to join the bigger Man-Game. Then the number of dropouts will be reduced.

Hmm okay.... I never simulate
Still TDU is a huge disappointment for my team. No top 3 in the GC and Modolo hasn't got any top 10 finishes... Hope the last stage will change the last goal of mine.

We have that already. It's called Division II. If you're not active. You won't be in Continental division next year. Simple as that.
'Unknown races with riders you've never heard' ? Well, there's great transfers system and that makes you bid for riders you want and you get to know them more. The game started long time ago, and we had all riders from real life. Now many developed, decline and new talent came through. It's progress and that makes that game great.
The races in 3d result in much better results than simple simulation most of times.
If it's too boring. Simple. Don't join then You made few good points though

I'd very much like to join the MG, but started this because the MG season takes a full year to run and if you don't happen to catch signups at the right time you lose out for another year. I'm trying to make this move much faster (at the cost of worse reporting). And have the ability for people to join and leave much easier.

We are not wanting a whole new folder on the forum home page just a folder in the stories section so we are not cluttering up the stories page. This is more for other people as I'm sure it is annoying scrolling through all the threads about the pseudo man game. |

Do you think I feel invited to join in a third division?
I think that, if you know all races get simulated, you just need different tactics. Once you've adapted to it, the results get much more interesting than the 3D ones.
Anyway, I'll stop now, as I don't really want to start a discussion. And yes I'll most likely join and I'll be fully committed, but I still think the Man-Game could learn something from this. And I think the admins should do something with this as it improves the activity on this forum.

I don't think the forum software has that ability.
