yep, of all the teams I bet u didnt expect me to pick this team? :wink:
A small team from the Czech Republic, under my command the gm's want this team to become a strong Eastern European squad with some Western touches and its my task to get this team to the PT someday...however looking at my squad it could take some years to promote:
If that isnt a challenge! Also note that my 3 best riders were bought as FA's :wink:
On top of everything...no one wants to help us in financing our 'dream' :x
The Goals:
-> Wear the climbers jersey in the Giro Delle Regioni u23
-> End in the top 10 in the GP Hydraulika Mikolase
-> Win a stage in the Tour of Serbia
-> End in the top 5 in the GP Badio u26
-> End on the podium in the GP Pribram
Right after this presentation we heard some shocking news about a well known riders missing a UCI test...who has broken the rules?!?
no one saw that comin :cry:

Without a doubt Stybar and Bole are our leaders today but when a nice break is created Krotky reacts and joins the 9 others who then have a slight advantage over the pack which slowly increased...
The group of 10 riding trough Croatia with Krotky next to Galinski and behind Berger
However we have a sinner in the group ladies and gentlemen, of all the riders in the game...the one and only rider who missed an UCI test still bought himself some time to enter this race and even be in today's break! If you dont know who im talking about:

Meanwhile the pack seems to be to weak to catch the break and the luring and attacking begins. Krotky takes it easy but there is 1 guy in the break who had a lot of energy left and no one could follow him. Krotky came close in the end and with the energy that he saved he ended 2nd which is a nice debut. However our winner today is...
 
There are hundreds of riders in this DB, and still the only 'doper' in my game wins!!! :hammerhead:

I'm happy, that someone else choose team from Czech republic. I tried it with Dukla Praha (the team I'm racing for in real life). I won several races, but in the middle of season my savgame gone corrupted. Shame. Now I'm racing for AG2R. |

And since he is Czech, he perfectly fits in our team (I also try to keep it realistic, of course I can go and get Ardila but that would be weird imo)
The 2nd Neretva Kup and today we again got a nice break were we were present. This time with Pecenka who, luckily, was just as crappy as the other 8 riders in the break. The best rider in the break was without a doubt Ivan Kovalev but as he was the worst climber as well Pecenka upped the pace on the hardest section of the day...but then he almost rode into some idiot
Pecenka wants to get up front as an American Idiot just gets out of the way at the right time!
Because of this Pecenka fails to lose anybody on the climb, their lead decreases fast but then stays at 2 mins and with 20 kms to go it seems like they will make it. However Pecenka is by far the worst sprinter and so when some favs in the back attack Stybar doesnt sit still as he joins Reda, Kobuzek, Torosantucci. Meanwhile upfront everyone starts to sit in Pecenka's wheel and then I tell him to stall all the others in the group so that Stybar can reach them.
Stybar gets closer to the break as Pecenka fools the other riders
Stybar then reaches the group but the 2 Italians, Torosantucci and Reda have a small lead...Stybar takes in Torosantucci and then comes closer and closer and closer...
But not close enough as Reda wins! Our tactic just didnt work as we end 2 for the 2nd time in a row

Meanwhile after the race, the GM told me that if I would fire our scout...there could be room for 2 or 3 more riders. These riders will probably join us by the end of March as our legendary scout then comes back from his latest assignment which was to spy on the riders of ASC Dukla Praha. Also we already signed 2 neo's, 1 from the Czech Republic and 1 from Slovakia.

hehe thanks, I had no other choice as they all went for my wheel, as you can see in the pic they were all on 1 line behind me and so I tried something new and it almost worked

Nice 2nd place. In real life, it's very unusal, when is Czech rider succesful in some UCI race (really shame)  .
About that thing with new riders: In Dukla Praha are some very good young riders (especially sprinters), like Hochmann or Mixa (I know them personally). You should sign them as soon as you can. |

@Valor, yes I noticed, also Hacecky seems like a good guy but I do wanna know whether they have some potential so thats why im scouting their team

Well, Hacecky is very ( i mean very with capital V) talented young rider, finishing in his first UCI race (Praha - Karlovy Vary - Praha (1.2)) 3rd. He should ride for some really UCI pro team not ADP. But he seems quite big-headed to me. Oh once I went training with him - that was terrible :-) . |
