My hopes are a stage from either Usov, Caethoven, or Wegmann, and perhaps a good GC finish for Fabian .

I hope I sent enough sprinters!
I was hoping to have rogers for the overall gc here, but since that didn't happen all southaustralia.com - AIS can really hope for is enough stage wins from one of our sprinters to earn enough in time gaps to annul the hilly riders. Our riders Grabovski and Grychenko are good, but they're not as good as Wegmann or Zberg in the hills.
There's so much sprint competition though, so that scenario is highly unlikely. I'm looking forward to a good race though, and we dont want to be coming home from 'our backyard' empty handed!
My tip for the overall is a hilly rider, Chris Horner |

Having gone really slowly, the stage crashed with 8km to go, on the way to a bunch sprint minus most sprinters with under 60 hills. Im determined to get a stage done now though.

Stage 1 posted, and it seems all the preseason hype about Nippo's sprints was for nothing as they completely failed. Designa Kokken look liek the strongest sprint team but they couldnt win either
Go check the results to see who did.

A good win for Henderson, I'm glad to get a stage win under the belt already. I hope he can go on to get another, but it wont be the next stage me thinks, looking at the profile! Oh well, he'll enjoy his day in yellow.
I apologise for posting in the results thread, I wasn't thinking.
EDIT: Or reading, there's a handy reminder at the bottom of the results. Doh!

Were we entered? I see no riders from Landbouwkredit in the top 50 or anywhere else. I knew it was a mistake trusting Junior Miss South Carolina with the route maps. Seriously, what the heck happened?

Im a tad annoyed to see Chavanel not even being anywhere near the front in the sprint. Although im happy to see Lefevre make the first attack of the season.
