I have decided that this forum is going to be the only forum I will be active on, after past experiences on another forum, I feel this the friendliest forum out there and best to be apart of, so with the extra time I will be starting another story to run along my Team Europcar story.
This story will be on the new 2012 DB and will also be my first attempt at a one rider story.
Any tips anyone has for me will be welcomed

Haven't really got any tips but do you know which rider you are going to base the story on |

I have ideas on an Irish team, just waiting on a jersey which I have requested, so it will be an Irish rider for definite. Maybe a young upcoming rider or a rider like Roche or Martin, I think a young upcoming rider would be more interesting and more motivating.

There was a story in PCM 2009 about Daniel Martin, so I would avoid him.
I would like to see either Philip Lavery, Sam Bennett or Nicolas Roche.
With Roche you would be able to get good results in the first season (target 1 week races, like Paris-Nice or Romandie, and top 10 at Grand Tours) and with the others you would have to wait one or two seasons to get top results. |

Some riders I have in mind for this now, I have decided to stretch it out from just Irish.
Peter Sagan
Phillip Lavery
Edvald Boasson Hagen
Mikel Landa
Nacer Bouhanni
Arnaud Demare

Sagan and Hagen are too good imo. You would need to bring in top results from the beginning. The other ones look interesting.

I will look at the young prospects of Mikel Landa, Phillip Lavery, Nacer Bouhanni and Arnaud Demare on PCM when I finish college and set the story up.

Agree with Cunego, Sagan and Hagen too good, my pick would be Demare or Landa (if you want sprinter or climber)
Good luck with whoever it will be.

I'd prefer climber, all dependant on Landa's evolution as if Demare's is better than I could be tempted.

I would say Demare! But that is only because he is in my FDJ story Anyway good luck with who you choose and I will definitely follow this! |

In this case then it has to be Boasson Hagen for me |
