I'm in the mood to do a your rider story. I'll balance it with my rider story, but for this one, I'm going to need your riders. It's Pro-continental, so no super riders. If you're one of the top 3 to respond, your rider can be a top leader [73-76], next 4 need to have ratings between 69-72, and others will need to have anything below 70 [will explain later in the post]. I want a mix of primarily English speakers [USA, GBR, SA, NED, GER, CAN, AUS, NZ, MEX, and RUS preferred on the team].
-Top 3 people to post their riders stats can be a team leader as long as your overall is between 73 and 76 [please nobody under 22]
-Next 6 people to post can have rider overall ratings between 70 and 73. This one will be looser than the team leaders.
-Anybody who is after the 10th post must have rider ratings under 71. I will except younger development riders. If you have a U23 you wan to contribute, the lower your overall rating, the more potential you will have [ex. 65-66 will have an 8, 67-68 will have a 7, 69 will get a 5]
If you need more clarification. Just post.
Also, a pretty good story and preferred races would be nice.
Now, to my rider
Russ Bennett
10/15/1987
USA
Type: GC/All-arounder
Flats: 68
Mountain: 74
Hills: 74
Downhill: 72
TT: 67
Prologue: 68
Sprint: 71
Acceleration: 75
Cobbles: 60
Stamina: 70
Fight: 70
Resistance: 68
Recovery: 72
After winning the Collegiate Cycling National Championship, Russ has decided to turn pro despite having a year left. Known more in the American sports world as a personality in Cycling [brash, young, and cocky]. He has all of the necessary talent available to win the WC and a TDF in the future, but will he keep his attitude in check to not be hated in the professional peloton?
Looking forward to actually start this one up. Should be fun. [I know I had attempted to start one earlier, but got to lazy with Christmas break. Actually going to attempt this one]
[BTW, I forgot to mention that the 3 team leaders will get to choose one rider of their choosing, so choose wisely on who.]

Mike was never good enough to fight out the hard mountainous days that were required in order to make it as a top Yellow Contender, but he found a real flare over the last 250metres of a stage, having competed in the UK regularly and been extremely successful in one day races, especially when a team could help him get positioned near the front, and his lightening finishes have earned him a key position in the new Endura-Trek Cycling team.

As a bonus, you get to choose a real life rider to become you're lead-out man/lieutenant. |

Jack learned his trade by riding the smae loop round Guildford town centre every day for years. He loves the Surrey hills, and holds the unofficial record climb of boxhill. Current National hill climb champion. Loves to ride. All he wants to do is ride, and will do so for anyone, as long as they will for him. Also decends like a brick, key to his surprising style, never does the expected.

I had you down as a TT/Cobbler, but it's cool if you want to change up. Maybe a bit too much on the hills to be a Pro-conti rider. |

Changed my mind on the specialisation...
Ill change it down, and cobbles up, so more of an all rounder, with puncher tendencies
Thanks

I gave you 76 on the hills and 68 on the cobbles. Also, it looks like you could be a potential leadout man for fellow countryman Pye. |

Since the day that Denis Menchov won the Giro, Igor always goes on a bicycle ride. He is inspired by his big hero, but he knows he won't be as good as him. In april last year, he went on a training with his biking club to Huy and he climbed the Wall. Alexandr Kolobnev saw his prestation and he called the manager of Endura - Trek, to sign Igor immediately. And that's what happened.
Favorite races: Fleche Wallone, Tour de France, Giro di Lombardia |

Nice, well in that case, I'd love to have the Englishman Russell Downing to be my Leadout
