As some of you may have noticed Loteria del Tachira have been the only team not taking part in the transfer period and sadly, Sniff told me today that he won't be able to take part due to being a very busy person.
Instead of letting someone else take the team, I have come up with an interesting initiative.
The two control teams will be called PCMdaily 1 and PCMdaily 2, they will be using the PCMdaily jersey that I made recently. Inside the team will be riders who arent very good, but their names will be based on usernames!
I will take it in turns each race to either control PCMdaily 1 or PCMdaily 2 meaning the other team will ride for itself and have a remote chance of scoring ranking points!
The rider names will be like: Sporting Nonsense, C Rommy, Crue True, Addy 291, S Etzel and so on. Ive yet to decide which usernames to use, I cant use all managers at that will be around 35 riders, so I may just keep it to ProTour managers' names for now. But even so, it will be interesting to see how the PCMdaily teams do.

Are you planning any bonus schemes at all for riders who win? It would be a bit hard to implement right enough, in the interests of fairness. |

Dont expect too much, the riders you replace will be pretty hopeless.
The strong riders like Jose Chacon that was on the team will now go to the free agency pool instead.

According to the rules we can sign Free Transfers in phase 8, but I think we need some rules for how we are to do that...hidden bid?

You only get to sign a free agent if you go over budget and Ill ask Crommy not to allow anyone to select any of the 5 Loteria riders.

Why not make them ride for the PCM team then?
then just use our usual rules to not make them ride many many races...just ie. Colombia..

To be honest, I dont really want riders like Chacon from a control team, winning races that could otherwise be won by one of the 18 actual teams. Maybe he could ride in Qatar though
